What is the problem with CVS Pharmacy in Waimea on the big island they do not have any other prescriptions in stock that I take but they have them everywhere else manager there is the worst I've ever seen on the pharmacist something is wrong with that pharmacist don't do their jobs horrible service horrible attitude

CVS at 66 High Ridge Rd Stamford, CT. Run to your nearest exit…..I had a script sent in from my doctors office and they told me that they don’t send text messages or email about the prescription being ready. What a lie, because that’s how I knew it was ready. Also, they told me that I didn’t have a prescription, and laughed at me. I called my doctor and they told me that it was called in an hour earlier. So I went back into the store and they said that the prescription was under another name. The woman I spoke to was very snotty, and finally gave me my prescription! This pharmacy is disgusting, and has no respect for their customers:(

I was in line for 15-20 minutes before pharmacy closed the lady in front of me had a million questions I get to the window just to not be serviced. Told “if we did that we’d stay open all night” i don’t know how? If I was literally there before they closed. I’m not sure of her name but she was RUDE blonde pharmacist lady

My Devoted medicare advantage plan refers me to CVS. I was recently denied a previously covered drug I've taken for 2 years. To appeal is just a waste of time. However, reimbursement is available if I pay for it. But, CVS requires me to print off a 2 page form and MAIL IT IN! I called them and they do not offer a website submission to upload everything. They are corrupt and money hungry. I will NEVER buy anything from CVS ever!

Sent script to CVS on Monday last week , started getting too early to refill next morning went to find out why they dragged me along till sat, found out sat someone inside CVS stole the first script of meds , that's why insurance won't pay again , they are horrible they lie they close early they will hang up on you they will not answer the phones this is the worst place in the world to have a script filled and today is Tuesday following week have nothing to show for it 8days without meds !!! They couldn't care , corp has tried to help out but there starting there own investigation on it too .... Shady untrustworthy, unethical . Wouldn't send my worst nightmare to this company they also bill your insurance and you don't get you meds for week later , pretty sure that's insurance fraud , I have also notified my insurance company

When you go to the store, the pharmacy is very helpful. But when you call in, you MUST leave a voice message for them to call you back! This is by corporate policy, not individual stores. This provides TERRIBLE customer service! I strongly recommend going to ANY OTHER PHARMACY!!!

Two of the last 3 refills of the same meds have been wrong. They text it's ready, we go to pick it up, and find out they filled it wrong. The first time they charged for 90 days and only filled for 60, the second time it was supposed to be a 90 day refill and they filled it for 30. What is so hard about this? They should change their name from CVS to BSI for Below Standard Intelligence

I went to the CVS store in Oshkosh. No cashier was at the cash register. I waited several minutes for one. Then asked to please send a cashier. She came out with an awful attitude, seeming to be put out that she had to take my money. This woman has no business in a customer facing job. Walgreens across the street is happy to take my money.
