CVS is expensive, and the pharmacy is weird. They used to have an auto-refill option to get prex, refilled automatically. Now they have taken it out and automatically reschedule for refill, which I can't opt out at the site. I ask the pharmacists and they say they can't control it. I email the management (it's a joke) and they pass the buck to the pharmacist.

Pharmacist refused to give me MMR vaccine even though I was a candidate for it and had my BC/BS insurance that I pay $900.00 a month for.

Placed a pickup retail order last night. A received a text that it was ready for pickup but when I went to the store today my order was not there. The local CVS staff person told me there was nothing in the system about my order. I phoned CVS (888 607 4287) and eventually was told that it was an issue with the system; the store never received my order. My only option was to wait until the order was automatically cancelled when I would receive a refund. A refund in a few days does NOT help. I NEEDED THE 3 PACKS OF DIAPERS & OTHER PERSONAL CARE ITEMS FROM MY $81 PURCHASE NOW. Also, previously I had used digital coupons on a previous purchase but lost them when the order had to be voided. I assume that may happen when the current purchase is cancelled. Another time, my digital coupons would not transfer to my EC card at all. P.S. My local staff and pharmacy at 4999 S. Fed. Hwy 34982 are consistently wonderful.

My husband got sick which is very rare for him. His insurance is not accepted at our local pharmacy. They told my husband that CVS is the only one that could fill his prescriptions so they transferred the prescription over to CVS for him as we drove 35 minutes to Laurel location. We were told it would be 45 minutes. We waited patiently before we went to the drive thur only to be told it’s not ready. While dark was approaching we still waited another hour and half only to purchase some of the medicine without a concern to even tell us some was not fulfilled No hello may we help, no thank you after his purchase( because they knew they had not fulfilled their obligations). When I called the next day( early in the morning) to ask about the medicine that is missing they only then felt the need to tell me that its on backorder and several others orders was in front of his order. Rude pharmacy department, but store gentleman that was stocking the merchandise back on the shelves was well polite and mannered when he spoke as we entered the store the second time. If I had to list fives things I experienced they did on their in the pharmacy department it would be 1. Rude 2. Rude 3. Rude 4. Rude 5. Rude .

The prices are too high foe the associates not to greet me with a smile. I purposely made eye contact with the associate on my way in & out- not once did she say a single word to me. She wasn't even doing anything

During a recent visit to the CVS pharmacy in Woodstock, NY, I encountered significant challenges with my prescription service. The pharmacist, Ronald Pilz, questioned my prescription's validity in a manner that made me uncomfortable, discussing sensitive medical details in a public setting. When I attempted to resolve the issues by calling the pharmacy, the woman I spoke with was not receptive. Throughout the conversation, I was continuously talked over, and the representative's tone was dismissive and unhelpful. I was unable to obtain my needed medication, and the subsequent attempts to transfer the prescription revealed additional service complications. The entire experience was frustrating and left me feeling unheard and without the medical support I required. I hope CVS will review their customer communication and prescription handling procedures to improve patient care and service quality.

Most horrible website software to date. I could log in but none of my prescriptions were listed. There is no place to enter and search an RX. So I called the help line and got someone in a foreign country that I had trouble understanding. When put on hold, got garbled horrible music. So went into the store only to be told that my Rx is "INACTIVE" --call your doctor. So apparently my two refills not expiring until Fall are suddenly unavailable. There were only two people in the Pharmacy so no wonder they look stressed and dashing around like one-arm paper hangers. Under those conditions, drug errors can easily happen.

This is literally the slowest pharmacy in history. It’s more than 4 people back there with one person working drive-thru and in-store customers. Please do better with hiring it definitely affects customer service.
