Every year I get a report of one year of my scripts for one of my physicians! I always call ahead so I can just drive thru and pick it up and nobody has to wait behind me! This year, I called at 9am, spoke to the pharmacist, Menifee store, #5267, he refused to do it ahead and told me it only takes minutes, ask the girls at the window to do it. So I arrive at 3pm, and 3 different woman refused to do it and closed the window on me!! Told me I could come inside and they'd do it because this was pick up only!! Which is why I CALLED AHEAD so I could just pick up and go!! Called the 877 complaint line and nothing they could do, she tried calling the store but no one answered! Really!! She said try again tomorrow!! What for!! I'm disabled and cannot go inside, it's never been a problem before and with 4 people I could actually see, 3 at the window telling me NO, you'd think one of them could have actually run the report in the time they wasted arguing with me.

It's not so much problems with staff it's just everything is so overpriced. I am on medicare and get a $45.00 allowance every two months to order medical supplies. I use it as it doesn't cost me any up front money, for example dental floss they charged me $6.00, it is 98cents at Walmart, every little item is triple or quadruple what you would pay at any store other than CVS. So those benefits of $45.00 don't really go that far, but they like to tell you how they are taking care of you and the community. What a crock, total bunch of scammers. I would never shop there other than using my online benefit from my medicare insurance.

I don't even want to leave a star! I have never had 1 good experience from this Pharmacy. ALL of the staff are rude, unprofessional, slow, and the list can go on. Either train your staff properly or get management in there that can set a decent tstand!! Get it together CVS Suffolk!!!

With all the negative publicity these days for pharmacies, I had to take the time to commend the staff at my CVS pharmacy in Toano, VA. I presented with a new prescription AND a manufacturer's coupon giving a decent discount. CHELSEA was the tech that helped me for two days trying to get the coupon to work. She tried multiple ways and even had the pharmacist try, but the system would not recognize the coupon with my insurance. Not willing to give up, she pulled a final straw and called the Help Desk. Within minutes they fixed the problem (wrong BIN# on the coupon) and off I went paying $25 vs $45. I would like to recognize CHELSEA for her dedication, professionalism and keeping humor in the process. The challenge required patience from both parties, but because of her I did not mind waiting at all. She deserves a gold star, raise, promotion or all of the above. Thank You Chelsea!

My complaint is more for CVS corporate. Like other corporations, they are cutting customer service jobs and using AI which is completely annoying and unhelpful and quite selfish when it comes to healthcare. I used my FSA card to purchase items from CVS online. The receipt does not have the date on it and I reached out to CVS several times for them to generate one and they did not. Do not use your FSA card to purchase here, it will not be honored.

Horrible they never answers the phone. It is very frustrating for elderly , sometimes the don't know how to navigate in your voice menu . Bring humans back . Tired to call .

CVS is so profoundly disrespectful to their customers, I’m amazed they’re in business. In the last couple years. I’ve had to go twice to get a prescription filled and the degree of difficulty it takes just to get somebody on the phone is absolutely horrendous. their customers put money into the chief executives hands and the stock brokers and they treat us like garbage. That’s why I never go there. I don’t even go in there to buy a bottle of water. The whole place stinks. I would strongly recommend that you never ever use CVS because your prescriptions will be late. They will make a mistake. Nobody’s going to pick up the phone. You’re going to get a Robo voice that’s not going to let you through to talk to anybody. You’re gonna wait in line forever and the people in the pharmacy are completely overworked cynical and not interested in being very nice. This is their business model.

This company cares nothing about its customers or its employees. Treats everyone at store level with total disrespect and the customers even worse.
