I was surprised to learn that CVS does not accept Regence insurance during my first visit since they acquired my local Bartell. It’s concerning that they do not honor the same insurance that Bartell previously accepted, especially considering that Regence is the second-largest health insurance provider in Washington State.

CVS ONLINE is not CVS
Be very careful when ordering online from CVS, realizing that CVS Online is not CVS. That is, I purchased an item online, picked it up an hour later at the store I had ordered it from, but was not given a receipt. Supposedly, the receipt was sent in the email telling me that the item was ready for pickup. Five days later I tried to return the item to the store where I picked it up, but they wouldn't take it back without that emailed receipt which, no matter where I looked in my gmail--Spam, Trash, Inbox--I couldn't find. Ultimately, the store accepted my return but would only refund me via a CVS card, less taxes. If I had just walked into the store and bought the item, I could have returned it for a credit to my VISA account. So, don't order anything online from CVS if that item is available for purchase in the store.
P.S. When I talked to corporate about the problem, asking them to email me a copy of the receipt, they said they couldn't do that. Their solution: take the item to a UPS store and send it back to them that way. What a costly, byzantine way of doing business!

Epitome of American Healthcare
No This is the epitome of American healthcare. An absolute joke where patients are truly just numbers on a spreadsheet. This “pharmacy” refuses to fill my prescription that was: written three days ago, by a psychiatrist, insurance has cleared it to be covered. Truly a terrible terrible company. If you can- please find a locally owned pharmacy. Looking at alllllllllllllll of the negative reviews here it is abundantly clear this place doesn’t give a flying f about their customers or their patients.

Terrible experience
I submitted on app to fill a medication. They sent back that I only had a month supply left and not 90 days. I told them to fill month. This is over a 3 day span. I go to pick up 9/10/25 and they said my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. I called my insurance company and and they said it will go thru and that CVS never tried to fill it. Went back in and talked to pharmacist and they’re filling it. What a waste of time. Also website sucks!!! The CVS I used is on Lee Vista rd in Orlando FL.

I have been going to CVS in Covington…
I have been going to CVS in Covington Ga for years . Recently went to my neurologist and asked why I was only getting 1/2 prescriptions for migraines medicine . He stated should be getting 16 pills a month and I have been getting only 8 . I called Caremark who informed me prescription was writing for 16 but have only gotten half amount of Nurtec . There is no shortage of this migraine medicine . Apparently the pharmacist at the highway 36 location does whatever . So I have suffered needlessly while being given half prescribed amount . I will inform Delta Airlines about the shady stuff that CVS did . Very disappointed and they have gotten a lot of money from my family over the years !!!

CVS 64TH ST. NE MARYSVILLE WA Pharmacist named Fatima
I have no issue with the store except for a lady in the pharmacy named Fatima. She scolded me for requesting an emergency prescription I hadn’t taken in days since the Rite Aid store in Granite Falls had closed and transferred to this pharmacy. While I understand their policy, her attitude is completely unacceptable in this field. She seems to have more anger issues and worse hypertension than I do. You can’t talk to customers or patients like that without understanding the health challenges and reactions they are experiencing. Fatima should not handle patients or work in any role involving care for people until her anger management issues are addressed. She displayed a very bad attitude, publicly scolding me in front of staff and customers, making the store look terrible. If it weren’t for the kind lady on the floor who showed excellent customer service, I would have hated the store. However, I realized it’s just this one person, Fatima, and the CVS store shouldn’t suffer because of her behavior. She needs to be counseled and attend anger management training as soon as possible.
