Tried using the website for browsing and all it does is keeps closing you out of your account and then you have to log back in. Site takes forever to load after you put it in the search box. Hops around too much and shows you items that you never even clicked on.

Pharmacy
Every time I visit the Longboat Key, FL store, your pharmacy manager Lisa goes above to provide outstanding professional service.

Don't let CVS text you
Don't agree to receive text messages from CVS under any circumstances. The "system" will continue to message you even if you're responded "no" to the questions about refills, even if you've said you don't want any more messages. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone talking to two different people to get them to understand and I still need to wait 48 hours to see if it works. The website directed me to login to my account to control my preferences, but when I tried, it said I was locked out for trying too many times to login (I had not tried even once). The CVS website is a nightmare you don't need. RUN.

Incompetent and lack of accountability
There is a clear conflict of interest between CVS Pharmacy and CVS Caremark. If CVS Caremark is your Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and you try to fill prescriptions at CVS Pharmacy, be prepared for frustration—especially if your insurance requires prior authorization. In my experience, CVS Pharmacy showed little to no incentive to help. I ran into this problem five times in a single year. You are far better off using another pharmacy.
Another issue: I had a prescription for one tablet per week for four months. Instead of filling it correctly, CVS Pharmacy split it into four 30-day periods (rather than four tablets every 28 days) in direct contradiction to my doctor’s instructions. When I tried to resolve it, CVS Pharmacy told me to call CVS Caremark myself, saying, “I work for CVS Pharmacy, not CVS Caremark” and “would you like to pay this out-of-pocket yourself?"
When I contacted Caremark, the first representative tried to blame my doctor’s prescription. Only after I asked to speak with a manager did someone carefully investigate the issue. Fortunately, the Caremark manager identified the real problem: CVS Pharmacy had entered the prescription incorrectly as 30-day or 90-day supplies, instead of the correct 28- or 84-day schedule. The Caremark manager had to call CVS Pharmacy directly to get it fixed, at which point the pharmacist finally admitted their mistake. It is embarrassing that CVS pharmacists push customers to resolve errors they themselves created.
I had been using CVS Pharmacy only because it is close to my home. But at this point, I would rather wait for next-day delivery from an online pharmacy than continue dealing with such incompetence and lack of accountability.

The pharmacist in Cordele Ga is terrible
The pharmacist in Cordele Ga is terrible! It has taken over three hours to get my daughter’s prescription filled. She told me it would take an hour and that they have the medication. She also has the worst attitude I’ve ever had to deaI with! I never have problems when Ryan is working!

Virtual MinuteClinic
I used the virtual minute clinic on Saturday because my doctors office is closed over the weekend. The NP I met with put the wrong pharmacy for my prescription, I’ve called 3 times now and it’s already Monday and still has not been fixed. I paid out of pocket for this visit $120 so I’m really not happy with the lack of care.

CVS coupons scam the customer!
CVS coupon redemption is nothing short of a SCAM!!! I intended to buy a $8.29 razor pack and an $11.79 cold medicine, using my $2 off coupon for the razors and my 30% off coupon for the cold medicine. Instead, your system cook $2 off for the razors, and then 30% off of what was left on the razor price!!!! ZERO discount on the cold medicine!!! This is INTENTIONAL customer abuse!!!! So your system tried to charge me $16.19 for the two items!!!! We canceled the transaction and I bought them separately: $6.29 for the razors and the rightful $8.26 for the cold medicine, bringing the two-item total to $14.55 instead of $16.19, more than a $1.50 savings off what your system tried to scam me for!!!
