They are not even one star!!! First off the pharmacy is incredibly rude. I can't say that enough!!!! RUDE. And don't bother trying to talk to the store manager. He is just as rude and does not even know the District Managers name. Which if I am not mistaken it is on the wall with a picture. This pharmacy has given the wrong medication more than once to my father. How dangerous is this??? Very considering the meds they sent him home with. A bottle with someone else's meds in. And thank God he did not accidentally take it since you can't hardly mix anything with his meds. They lie all the time to him. Telling him you can pick it up this day and turn around and when he calls to get it they say nope sorry it will be this day. Most of the time they do not even have his meds in and he is waiting. This pharmacy has gone down way down.... And to allow your staff to be rude to customers thinking that is OK??? I can only hope people will start going somewhere else and let them stop making money off of good people to be treated like garbage. Due to treating a Parkinsons patient like you did and now making an er trip because of it. Thanks for everything CVS you are not a good place at all. We will be taking our business to a pharmacy that has at the least great customer service!!!!! We can definitely do better than you.

The only generic product they offer is is their brand for anything other than the name brand. In this instance it is nicorette gum which is different from the original name brand by alot. Let me emphisize alot! All their brands are inferior to the name brands.

Today I had a really terrible experience at a local CVS. They never called me to tell me that my prescriptions were ready. When I went in, I learned that one was not covered by my insurance and was therefore too expensive for me. Why did no one tell me that so that I could have contacted the doctor to get a different drug? The people at the pharmacy counter were rude and uncaring. They also refused to see me an item at the advertised price, as listed on the shelf. That is probably illegal. Don't use this store. Terrible customer service.

Don't shop this company any longer... I purchased an item for 16.00 dollars. Paid in cash. When i tried to return the item with the receipt saying i paid in cash they are making people scan their driver's licenses. Can you believe that CRAP!?! They didn't ask for identification when they took my 20 dollar bill!! They are collecting people's information and it's a total invasion of privacy. I am no longer EVER SHOPPING AT CVS AGAIN. I SUGGEST ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW DON'T EITHER!!

I called cvs to see how much my 3 prescriptions were. I'm poor and it would have been to much and I was gonna have to choose witch one I could afford and go without the rest. The lady could tell I didn't have the money. When I got there the staff at CVS in Owasso, OK had found some way to getalk 3 for around $50. Awesome staff. Thnx cvs

CVS at 9920 KeyWest Avenue, Rockville. MD. 20850. Pharmacy is awful. Rude pharmacist, workers are even worse. My question was not answered with regards to my daughters medication that was filled. They passed me on to each other and they thought it was funny. Pharmacist (male) wad rude and would not even look up to answer my question. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I hope CVS main office look at these reviews.

They charge 14.99$ for two passport-style pictures??? What a rip off !

CVS in Celina, Oh is NOT the place to get your prescriptions filled. Some pharmacists are incompetent when spoken to. Unable to follow along with what you are telling them it almost seems like they are robots when giving answers. I was given lantus of diabetics. This medication needs to be refrigerated if not open. I received the medication with 2 other prescriptions that was filled. After 5 hours in my car I noticed that the Lantus was one of the prescriptions. I called the Celina, Oh CVS and spoke to the pharmacist and told them the medication has been in my car for the last 5 hours and not refrigerated, could I still use it. The pharmacist kept saying well what I do know that is its ok after you open it and keep it at room temp. I told her it wasnt open and in the car for 5 hours is it still ok to use. Again she kept saying it's ok once it's open. This is not the 1st time a pharmacist at this location spoke in this manner.
