0 stars would be more accurate. Had my doctor call in a prescription but never received confirmation it was filled. Showed up 12 hrs later and was told they had put it on hold due to my insurance on file being out of date. Previous insurance didnt even cover this prescription and I had been paying out of pocket. No phone call or any type of contact. When calling customer service they basically blamed me for not opting in to some call system even though I had received numerous calls and texts from them before. Terrible customer service and I will be going back to Walgreens in the future.

I have been dealing with CVS for the past three years they are very rude they have lost my medication several times they’re never on time they employees are very rude their service sucks just because somebody called in and said I was selling my medication they tried to say they weren’t going to sell it anymore well I don’t sell my medication that was a lie I don’t know how that happened and who would do that but that’s no reason To say you’re going to stop filling my medication that’s the doctors choice anyway CVS is the worst drug store I ever been to

After using Walgreens for several years I moved to a local CVS. Gave them all my insurance details and requested 2 refills. After waiting a few days I called CVS about the status of my refill request and was told they called Walgreens about the meds and were told there were no more refills. I was told to call my doctor and tell them to send the orders to CVS. CVS did not bother to update me that there were no refills and in the meantime I have run out of meds!!

I have been using CVS pharmacy for several years. over the past few months, their service and follow-through has dropped to a very low level. I had prescriptions called in yesterday morning and they were still not ready the next morning even though they have the drugs. I often have to wait for them to fill the prescription if I show up and they are not ready for pickup. Additionally, they cannot coordinate well with other CVS pharmacies and often forget to call to make a transfer. Very poor employee functioning and likely management. I am moving my business to Walgreens

Recently I made the switch from Walgreens to CVS due to an insurance issue. All seemed well transferring over prescriptions, and the prescription I was almost out of was promised to me by Monday, three days from the first day I went in. I am now going on the fourth week without my insulin pump refills, with an endless cycle of excuses needing to get my doctor's approval for the third time. I am good friends with my doctor and know that shealways approves in a timely matter. Whenever I call CVS representatives to get some help in ordering this prescription, I am just passed along to the next person without any results.

Very tired of stopping at store 2409 and it not being open when it is supposed to at 8:00am. I have arrived at the store multiple times in the past and have to wait for someone to arrive past 8:00am. Today I arrived still no one there, finally someone came from across the street getting coffee at the WAWA store. Never even acknowledge me waiting there by the door or apologized for being late. Very unprofessional. Also, the lines at the cashier on any day are horrible.

Store 841, Concord N.H. Very rude pharmacy assistants, not willing to help at all. Can't believe this company allows there workers to be like this, CVS definitely needs to train there employees to be courteous and to be helpful to there customers.

Store 1219 - 221 Hope St Stamford CT. This is my neighborhood CVS. I've been going to this CVS for 18 years. Great service, good people, and organized store. Unfortunately past 6 months I've noticed a considerable change, and not for the best. The store is filthy. There's a courtesy restroom that is extremely unsanitary. You would be better off going to a gas station. The store itself isn't vacuumed regularly. The refrigerators smell of spoiled milk and the freezer for the ice has frozen brown looking liquid spilled on the ice bag. This store was once immaculate now its slowly becoming dodgy. Soon I'll stop going to this CVS and have everything transferred to CVS at Bulls Heads.
