I called in my prescription Friday at noon. Saturday afternoon around 5:30 I called to see what the delay was.I called the pharmacy and stayed on hold until 6:15. I finally hung up and looked up the number for the store. I dialed that number to find out the pharmacy closed at 6. This is not unusual for this CVS Colony Crossing in Madison, Ms. I always have to wait in line because they never have enough staff. I am out of my medicine. I see I have 4 more refills. I only use them because of my employer. I think they have horrible customer service and need to be staffed and trained properly. They don’t deserve one star but I am trying to be nice.

Cvs auto dials customer numbers 3 times day after day.i asked in person at the store.to stop calling me.they insist on re filling my medicine.i said i will call when i want a refill.they dont listen.i blocked their number.went straight to voice mail.now i get voice mail daily.every day.this is bad customer service.was told i have to call corporate office.how stupid.this has been going on for months.i will never use cvs for my prescriptions.again.they are telemarketers.wont stop calling.i will go somewhere else.i do not accept.this kind of service.other pharmacies dont act like this.was told this is their policy.to auto dial.and keep calling.horrible customer service.i don't know how they have customers.

0 stars would be more like it. Terrible customer service. CVS pharmacy on Liberty Rd,, Baltimore is the worst. There phone service is absolutely the worst I have ever used. They tell you anything to get rid of you. They blame you or your doctor for their stupid mistakes. I call them one day and they tell you something and then I call 2 days later and they tell you something completely different, even though nothing has changed. Sometimes it takes two, or more weeks, to get a prescription done correctly. Meanwhile the poor patient has to suffer because of these imbeciles. No followup phone calls either, just no response. There entire system is the worst I have ever seem. Don't go there whatever you do!!

CVS in CosCob CT is absolutely the worst customer service of an retail store I have ever visited. They have not gotten one prescription in the last year correct or on time. There is always a excuse for something. You should choose any other store for your needs.

Prescription was not available or even in stock 24hours after drop-off, no notice. Asked to transfer Rx to another store, they refused and said I could do it when I got there. Needlessly wasting more of my time.

Be very careful about the minute clinic, I waited an hour to be seen with symptoms of sinus pain/pressure; low grade temperature; green drainage x 10 days. Was told to "take some Advil; should be better in a week or so"! Of course I had to pay for this genius advice. Still feel awful, total waste of time and money!

I was towed away at 5401 Washington Ave. in Houston tonite. I spent 10.00$ in soaps shampoos. Went next door to see new poker room. Came back to my car in 5 minutes and it was towed. I will never shop at that location again.

CVS is the absolute BEST especially the pharmacist Raj Akruwala! He always helps me I'm so grateful he's the best! The last two months someone screwed up all my scripts and the due date which was all wrong. I asked to talk to Raj A. He's the pharmacist at CVS Plainfield Ave in South Plainfield and the best pharmacist I ever had. I'm very I'll I'm on like 20 meds a day give or take. I see many specialist I'm very Ill I see my pysch once every 3 months they are supposed to hold them and throw out old ones. Someone messed up all my meds I didn't get them when I was supposed to not Raj's fault. He was so busy I asked to speak to him he took time out of his busy schedule to help me. It was many meds to fix the right days and he was so busy. But he stopped and came over to talk to me. It was around 11am he said call him at 4pm. He fixed ALL my scripts with the correct date so I could get my one order of them and more which were due. I can't go without them been on them for years could have withdrawal that's bad. Raj A. The pharmacist fixed them all and I got the ones due thankfully. He really worked hard and fixed all my scripts he took time out of his super busy day to help me. I am so grateful for him he saved me many problems he worked so hard for me with his busy schedule. I checked online CVS app all was fixed I got my meds when I was due for them. Raj is the absolute best pharmacist ever I'm so grateful to him and CVS I will always go to CVS for as long as Raj is there he's the best. Someone not him screwed upp all my 20 more or less scripts. Thank God for him he did the most best job for me he helped me so much he worked so hard for me I will ALWAYS go to him I hope he stays there I will follow him if so. He is the best, kindest and smartest he had a big job to do and he fixed it all for me I'm so so very proud of him I'm so grateful and thankful for him. PLEASE he deserves a big raise he is so worth it tell him I think he is wonderful, I will follow him everywhere please PLEASE give him a large raise and promotion I never had a pharmacist like him helping me so much! I am in debt to him so I wrote this so and hope he gets a raise he deserves and hope so. I'm so grateful God bless him he really deserves one. I hope he never leaves I'm so thankful to God for him helping me so much I really am grateful! I've been so sick I have too many medical problems and he helped me so much! I thank God for him helping I would have never been able to do it he's the only one who helped me so much I'm so grateful he deserves a big promotion!
