What Drs, Attorneys, hospitals, pharmacies, etc. fail to realize is that it’s up to them to earn our business. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Well my first impression of the CVS on the corner of Airport Blvd. & Nash St. in Wilson, NC was an epic fail! My prescription was put on hold due to cost. When we cleared that, they said it would take 15 minutes. After waiting 15 mins. they told me they couldn’t fill it until Monday. Time to move to a different pharmacy.

Just had a terrible experience at CVS in Eden Prairie, MN. This is the second time that store had "issues" for me. Spent quite a bit on products, got everything scanned and into bags - coupons scanned - debit card inserted (and system told me to remove card)...see pending charge go through at my bank and then nothing. The system goes down and my receipt never prints. Hey, things like that happen - what made everything worse were the cashiers. That we so unfriendly and rude! Basically told me I couldn't take any of the product as they couldn't guarantee everything went through the system. Which is fine - so, they called the manager up and I waited, and waited, and waited and nothing. They said, "I guess he is out back or something." I was on my lunch and told them I had to get back to work. Well, we can hold everything for you they said. Um, this is in the opposite direction I need to go home - no thanks. Charge went through, $44 in extra bucks are gone, clipped coupons on my card are gone and I have no products and no receipt! Called customer service and was told to call back in 48 hours. I would have been fine with everything if they cashier would have been nice about it or even just friendly and if the manager had show his/her face. Not sure I'll be going back there, ever!

Just want to say that Jessica the pharmacist at the Oceanside NY store on Atlantic Ave.was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me fill my prescription.She called my insurance co. and got my prescription filled even though there was a problem with it in the system. She's the best

CVS is terrible! They are the worst for how they treat and respond to customers! I have 3 small children and CVS always finds a way to make my life harder, they have horrible customer service! It doesn’t matter which one I go to, they all are rude and have no idea how to treat customers properly! They don’t even care how many times they can mess up on someone prescriptions, they make zero effort to show they value your business! CVS in Pomona, inside Target, and on Foothill in La Verne are the worst I have ever been to!

Called customer service about my extra care card. Called every week for almost a month. My last time I called I asked for a manager or supervisor the woman told me no that I couldn't. She would handle my issues and she didnt and left me on hold for over 15 minutes. She told me that if I didnt listen to her she was going to hang up on me!

Our CVS in Olive Branch MS. on Goodman Road is great. So if your looking for a complaint go to another review! This staff treats of all their customers with respect and serves us as fast as they can. Their busy because their good. I'm over 65 so I've been to all the Pharmacy's in the Memphis area just like all of you and I choose CVS! I tried to buy the lunch but all the manager (Katie) just asked for a review. So here it is 5 of 5!

Ordered my meds for next day delivery at the CVS in 330 rues in. In East Brunswick, NJ. And for the next three days I was told they would deliver. I was even told they would refund the delivery charge and give me a $20.00 gift card. Never saw that neither. I am home bound and can't even drive. I am appalled at the blatant disregard they have for there customers.

Two days ago the young man at the drive thru was argumentative and ROLLED HIS EYES at me when I was asking about the new prescription. Today my prescriptions got here at 4:45 and at 7:00 they STILL WERE NOT READY. The girl at the window rude and short with me. Seemed extremely bothered that I was there to pick up prescriptions called in 2 hours ago. I use the Clear Lake City Blvd location. The new people are very rude and the service is slow. DO YOU WANT MY BUSINESS??? YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN!!!
