GO ANYWHERE ELSE!, try to fill a prescription that is needed the next day, asks me when I want it, either today or if not by tomorrow I'll go somewhere else, told itll be ready in 1 hr...great, go home get a call, sorry we will have tomorrow Tomorrow comes, I call and says itll be ready at 4pm.....go at 6pm....we dont have it...well does another cvs have it? Get told I can call and see. Instead of them checking their computer...no one in 30miles has it....

CVS in New Holland, Pa. CVS should either close this store or do something. I just picked up two prescriptions for my wife. They were both wrong. If you go in this place after 4:00 pm,there is no help in pharmacy. They can't keep help in this store. When they only have two people in the pharmacy, they won't answer the phone. It is a shame Rite Aid didn't take these people over but I see why. I,m going to look for a new pharmacy. If you are on Auto Refill, they screw that up and do refills before you need them. Poor organization and mangement. !!

I called CVS pharmacy today on Rockfish Road in Fayetteville NC today and spoke to Julia in the pharmacy. I'm not sure if she's a pharmacy tech or pharmacist but she was so RUDE! I had a question that she answered, 1 question. Then when I asked her a 2nd question she got really rude and said she was very busy. I told her I realize that as I myself had been placed on hold for 27 minutes! Bottom line was she said I may just need to come u there myself to get all my questions answered. Well. needless to say that will. not be happening I will definitely be switching to another pharmacy!

Since recently the stock of procedure masks are out of stock, I check the stock availability online everyday. Even I found there is stock in the early morning, the branch at 3475 Mckee Rd opens at 10 am, we went there at 11am, the staff at pharmacy counter replied no stock. She talked in Vietnamese with the other staff and answer me with wired facial expression. It was sold out? or you guys keep and re-sell the masks personally?!

I am Diabetic and I am forced to get my prescriptions from From the worst pharmacy CVS . Thier customer service at store level is bad is only one cvs pharmacy on my town . And 2 Walgreens wish is by far the best pharmacy. I need my prescription refill and CVS don't have my medication so i ask can you check the next town to see if thier CVS has it so I was told you need to call the store your self
