This is for CVS 8201 Annapolis Road, New Carrolton, MD 20784. I would really to give this a zero review. I usually shop here on a regular basis. The ladies are very friendly and helpful with the couponers. This guy Dajuan, did my transaction. My transaction went smoothly and all of my coupons went through. Except that the $2.50 extra cash back nfor "Speedstick" did not print. He read the receipt and he said that he can see that I bought two speedsticks and it was very clear on the receipt that buy 2 get 2.50 EB. He doesn't listen to me and it shows their that I got the two speedstick. He insisted that I did not meet the quantity to earn the reward. This is limit 2 purchase for this week so I only did one so I really have to get my $2.50. And also, If I will do another transaction I can still get another $2.50. He continue to insist that I did not met the quantity. I feel humiliated as a lot of costumer where already line and back up. Cashiers should be nice to costumer. Loyal costumers will always come back when you are nice and does not humiliate costumer. I would like to give a zero star to Dejuan. He needs to understand that every trip that the couponers do is well planned and we know the rules. We are not trying to have any arguments with you.

The story is so terrible I don’t know where to begin. The lady named Trishna(CSHR#0000009), started giving me attitude because I asked her to redo my transactions so that I could use my extra 5 bucks. She said “as a cvs employee I shouldn’t do that to use my coupons”! She was super annoyed, her face was full of aggression. And then she shakes my new bought eyeshadow pallets to shatter them almost. So I said “why are you shaking my stuff like that? They will break.“ Then she started saying things like “I’m trying to help you, you still are saying things like this!” And she said “I won’t ring it up for you” and gave them to other employee. And yet she wouldn’t stop! She kept going saying unnecessary things. Eventually I lost my temper. I also said things which I think she deserves much worse than what I said to her. Now my question is; is this how you treat your customers? The other employee also mentioned that people use their coupons and buy things almost for free. I wonder does CVS provides the coupons for no reason? People aren’t allowed to use coupons? Do those employee bring those coupons from their fathers? Is this how you are taught to act towards the customers? This is the extreme disgraceful thing I had to hear. This type of mannerless people should get punishment. They should’ve been fired. Because of these negative people we don’t get positive vibes anymore. You cannot even rate them, because they don’t provide the survey website address. Her name is not in the receipt. I almost bought the product for around $70 and she was arguing with me because I had my coupons! If it was possible I would give it a minus.

I would give it zero if possible. Every time I come to this pharmacy, I wait in a ridiculously long line and most times my meds aren't even ready even when they call me to say they will be by a certain time. As I write this review, I'm standing in line waiting for meds that should have been ready yesterday at noon. Absolutely horrendous service, the worst pharmacy I've ever visited.

Your review Thomas Pattison 2 minutes ago I have been a customer of CVS in Willoughby Ohio for many years. On the positive side, the pharmacist have always been great to me and same with their staff. In the front of the store the staff and management have always been great too... Yes, from time to time I have had little problems that came up but what separates them from all the rest is that when I had a little problem the CEO of CVS to his management staff have always been nothing short of fantastic and always gone way out of their way to correct the issue. This shows a company that cares and backs it up by having a great CEO and management staff that also care.

I am a customer at CVS pharmacy on 38th German Church RD. Indps. Ind. The Pharmacist refused to fill my medicine order with the company I have been getting the medicine from for years. The medicine they gave me was from another company and that medicine made me sick. I told all 3 pharmacist this and could they request my original med from the company I was used to getting it from. I was told by the afro american pharmacist to make my old calls to another CVS pharmacy with a 20 mile radius. This was wrong and unprofessional. They then told me it was unavailable. This was a lie. I called the medical company and was told it was available and they called the pharmacy that it was available. The Pharmacist still refused to order my medicine. I went to another CVS and they were to immediately request and I received it the next day. By these pharmacist refusing to order my med could have jeopardized my life. I would advise no one to use this pharmacy. They are very non professional and non caring.

I went to one CVS and they were apparently out of the prescription that I needed. So they transferred the prescription to another CVS, my husband sat around for 30 minutes waiting when the prescription was ready 20 minutes ago. They waited on everyone else and didnt even let him know the prescription was ready.

I just cant do it anymore. I was on hold for 1 hour and 21 minutes last week!!!!!! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. Their app literally is never synced with my account, so I have to call to figure out what is going on. I've reached my boiling point. I just moved all of my prescriptions to a tech startup pharmacy called CaryRx. I recommend you do the same, work with people who actually care and dont place you on hold. Oh yeah, and it's like the uber of pharmacy, so they are smarter than CVS too. perfect.
