First of all My very first order of 4 small Items I had Ordered for My Friends Birthday never got put in the Package by the Incompetent imbecile in the Warehouse and all I had gotten was a small Package that was sealed up with packing material and had to spend Money on gas and replacements from some other place since I don’t have a CVS where I live because I did not have time to wait for a replacement and when I first called having to use a prepaid shipping phone had waited 12 mins on hold just for someone to pick up and hang up and 7 mins the 2nd time just for someone to pick up and hang up AGAIN, and the 3rd time got some Incompetent Woman who said She did the refund which I got no friggin proof of which cost Me 15 mins and so I had to call again for the 4th time and got Some person not speaking English properly and had to call for the 5th time and had someone constantly interrupt Me so then I had to call for the 6th time and another person picked up and hung up so I ended up having to call 10 times and still had no proof of refund etc, had to call several times the next day and still got no help just lies and BS theories, I was told the refund had been done by several People and that it hadn’t been done by several People, no help and no items of my order, so I am taking action against the company by having everyone i know leave negative reviews all over the Internet and I will be filing Reports also. I had finally received an email about the Refund and they never even refunded the shipping after telling Me the entire amount was refunded...

CVS 2901 STERLINGTON RD MONROE LA. Gave 1 star only because I couldn't give a negative star. Was given a prescription time to be ready of 10:00, was not ready until after 12:00. I called the pharmacy and had to wait on hold for 22 minutes. Talked to the store manager and all he would say is "I'm sorry". This has happened to me several times. I WILL BE MOVING MY BUSINESS. But CBS couldn't care less, there well be another patient to take my place. Wise up people shop somewhere else.

Cvs at 9305 Harford rd balto. MD is absolutely ridiculous. Closed other store before the next is even open. Now this store is over loaded with no additional help. 7 hours to get a pain prescription they had all day. When I called I was on hold over 25 min. THEY don’t CARE.

I called customer service and spoke to a representative and she's nice and all but doesn't know what she's talking about. Then put me on hold for 28 minutes, transferred me to her supervisor make Richmond. I've never ever EVER spoke to anyone so stupid, that's so ignorant, in my entire life. It's not worth explaining because it's THAT STUPID!! I've been couponing for over 5 years and have experienced with customer service so many times that I really DO know my stuff and how things works. The way she explains things, OMG, she's dumb!! She needs proper training!!!

They gave me medicine that was almost expired that I was planning on using for a year. When I got home I found out that it was almost expired. I called them back and they said I could not return it since it left the store. I have an old tube of the same medicine that I got last year that expires in March and my new tube of medicine expires the following month. I had to pay for it out of pocket since my insurance won't cover it. I am never going back there.

THIS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE STINK THEY NEVER HAVE SUPPLIES OR CASH NOT EVEN THE MONEYGRAM AND THE WORKERS VERY STINK I HATE CVS WALGREENSHERE I COME !!!!

Literally the worst pharmacy!!!! I left the hospital and got prescriptions transferred earlier and kept calling to check on it and they would hang up on me or make me wait the 15 minutes till the call dropped and when I showed up they had closed and I asked an employee to go get me my medicines bc I could see the pharmacist and I wanted to ask him why he wouldn’t fill it and they told me to transfer to 24 hour pharmacy across town. I needed this medicine 6 hours ago after leaving THE HOSPITAL. truly ridiculous. they told me it would be filled before 4 and never texted and said it was ready and the pharmacist told me they had never even packaged it or filled it to begin with. Not fair that I have to remain in excruciating pain because they wouldn’t fill my prescriptions because the employees suck at their jobs and wanna go home.

If CVS cared about customer service, they would assign someone the job of reading these online reviews and learn from their customers.. But my latest experience with them proves to me that they do not. CVS's latest scam is this: emailing me a coupon for 40% off any one product for 24 hours, with the stipulation that the item cannot be on sale. I attempted to use my coupon for an allergy medicine. Turns out, they first identified me in their database, saw that I had purchased the item in the past, and subsequently marked it down (in this case $2.00 for a $26.00 item) so my 40% off coupon was not valid for the purchase of that product. Well, they won that battle but they lost me as a customer. Don't post a come-on and then scam me. I'll shop elsewhere thank you.
