CVS is the worst. It took an hour and a half for them to get my RX sent to the pharmacy across the street. They literally just have to fax it. I called 4 times and was on hold longer than 5 minutes every time. Walgreens tried calling and could not get ahold of them Either. Walgreens had to send info to them multiple times before they got it done. Will absolutely never return To a cvs for a prescription or anything else . Meanwhile , waiting all of these hours to get my rx sent over from cvs I’ve been in extreme pain and discomfort.

Wow! What a nightmare. After 2 years of enduring mistakes every, month.............. wrong dosage, 20mg instead of 40mg, 30 pills in a bottle labeled 90, always told to go home and come back later in the day, I had another customers bags after I got in my car, etc, etc. I finally told the Pharmacy manager that her needs to investigate. Next visit, the Pharmacist (who was wearing his required mask on his chin) wanted revenge and told me I wasn't allowed to fill prescriptions there any more. I talked to the senior store manager and he started using offensive language in front of my wife. This is the store from Hell.

I had an appointment for Covid testing at 11:20. I waited in line for an hour. Because of a scheduled doctor's appointment I had to leave just as I was going to get tested. CVS does not allow enough time to do the tests in a timely manner.

Thursday September 8th arrived at CVS Pharmacy Bluewater counter to speak to someone about getting my refill early next week as I leave Florida to fly back to Australia to be told NO its too early to get them are you joking, THEM GOT A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING ITS TOO EARLY FOR PICK UP BUT THEY WILL TEXT ME A WEEK LATER DATE I LEAVE IS 12TH THEY WILL TEXT THE 24TH REALLY LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING SO PISSED OFF

You go to one pharmacy n they can’t fill one simple prescription in six hours even after telling them I have to work out of the area nope can’t do it. Then you go to another CVS pharmacy and they don’t have the medication but they can’t call another CVS to see if they have it in. They want your business yet they don’t want to go above n beyond then they get overwhelmed and you feel like you’re bothering them. I’m done with this Pharmacy. I just wasted almost 2 hours with the long lines only to find out that they cant help me.

I would HAPPILY give CVS 5☆ if they would fix the automated refills & incessant phone calls for refills CLUSTERFUK! Opt out of auto refill on PRN meds, they're refilled anyway & 3 calls a day for 5 days results. If you're not auto refilled, you get same calls REMINDING you. I am SO SICK of CVS AUTO REFILL CALLS! PLEASE STOP!!!!!

I was at CVS store on Monday 8/31/2020. 2305 Jonesboro rd Mcdonough Ga 30253. I was looking for a item in the medicine dept. couldn't find so I went to Pharmacy counter. I was ignored for several minutes while the ladies helped 2 other people that came up after me. One of the ladies made eye contact with me then looked down like she didn't see me. I have never been so upset when dealing with so called professional people. I fell the problem is that I am different color from them. what a sad world we live in. I was thinking of moving my medicine needs to CVS. No longer thinking of that. This guy here will do without before entering another CVS store.

I transferred my eye prescription I had been using to CVS I was shocked to receive half the size bottle I was used to getting for the same co-pay for a larger bottle. When I mentioned this to the CVS rep, she said this was the size allowed! I was supposed to get a 45 day amount, not a 20 day! Immediately I switched my medication back to my original pharmacy company I used for years.
