The pharmacy needs to take into account that there is a high percentage of elderly people that use the automated phone service. My mother is in her 80's. When she calls the pharmacy, she wants to speak directly to a person in the pharmacy. Your automated system has way too many options that you have to go through before you can talk to a pharmacist. It's great to have an option available detailing the services that you offer; however, there is a percentage of the population that is not interested in hearing about those services. A 30 second phone call should not take 5 minutes just to get through all of "the junk" you have to go through just to speak to a real person. Think about how your impacting the elderly population, which I am sure is a larger portion of your customer base, when you think about how to make your automated service more convenient for all concerned.

I have no issue with my local pharmacy, they're great actually. It's cvs.com that's the problem and why I'm switching to Rite Aid. I have been trying on and off for months to get my daughter added to my profile so I can manage her prescriptions. The local pharmacy did their part and made sure her information was correct, but every time I tried to add her to my profile, I would get an error message. After several rounds of phone calls with cvs.com, each time them assuring me it would work, I finally threw in the towel today and decided to switch. When I called the local pharmacy and told them I was switching because of the issue, the pharmacist was very understanding and said they hear about the issues with cvs.com all the time.

Employees are rude, bordering on mean. If there is a problem with a script they do nothing above or beyond to help solve it. Phone hold time is over a half hour. Switched pharmacies today.... I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here.

My doctor sent the script there and for 90 days it was 134.00 dollars. A local store pharmacy charged me 10.00 dollars for a 30 day supply. You can see the cost difference. Soooo done.

What used to be a great pharmacy has gone in the toilet. Almost every time I have a script filled there's an issue. Wrong count on pills, drug not in stock, filled a drug on my allergy list or script not ready by stated time. Trying to speak to a pharmacist is like making an appointment with God. Clearly there isn't enough staff at my CVS to handle the workload but 1 day these mistakes may lead to serious harm or death of a patient. Fed up with the incompetency and inconvienence so i'm leaving CVS and transferring all my prescriptions to WALGREENS.

Drop a Rx off last week on Friday. The pharmacist said she had to order the medication and it would be a couple of days. I said ok. I had enough meds for a few days. Went in 5 days later to find that the pharmacist only place the order yesterday. She now tells me it won’t be in until next week. Reminded her she said a couple of days. She said she is sorry that I thought that meant only 2 days. Asked her to transfer my Rx to a store that has the medication but she told me she cannot. Told her to give my Rx back so I can go elsewhere and she told me she cannot do that either. Ask her what I am to do now that I am out of medication. She told me to have my physician write another Rx if he will. The pharmacist should have be honest. If she was I would have never left my Rx there. This is extremely poor costumer service. She seem not to care that her lying to me has basically caused me to run out of med. It isn’t her problem. Store #8088 Ann Arbor Michigan.
