I hesitate to even give CVS Pharmacy on Jones Maltsberger at Classen a 1. I strongly advise against going to that pharmacy. My wife, my children and myself contracted COVID but first went there to get tested (our doctors order). The girl at the window mixed my wife’s name with the person before her and we waited 4 days before she went to a community test center at Freeman Coloseum. My son and I have the same initials (but of course different identifying info) and they were so confused that they could not even tell us how to check results. Again after 5 day miserable wait, we went downtown to get resulted. I will NEVER go back there again. TOTALLY incompetent.

I dont see CVS as a neighborhood pharmacy. Went to the CVS, they were rude, discriminating and the upper level management are no better. Learnt my lesson, no CVS FOR ME!

Terrible customer experience. I had an appointment scheduled to do a test. The local site was having IT problems and had to cancel the appointment (understandable - problems happen). No effort was made on CVS' part to make a new appointment or accommodate us. We had a deadline to take the test in order to be able to travel and the next available appointment was more than 2 days after our original. After talking to the customer service rep. there was nothing anyone could do to help - they are using the way they set up their system as a way to justify not making a problem right, no ownership or attempt to resolve just throwing up their hands and thinking that is okay.

CVS on Flagler and 35th street miami Florida They need to hire people who speak English. The pharmacy is a complete joke. I took my mother who had just have surgery and they told us to wait 15 minutes. I come back 45 minutes later and they could not even find her prescription. They don’t speak English so they just tell you to wait and wait because they don’t know what they’re doing. Is horrible they need to hire professionals for the pharmacy at least. Yes

I don’t even want to give the cvs pharmacy in Hot Springs, Arkansas a 1! They do not deserve to even get a rating.. they are undoubted the most unprofessional people or business that I have ever had the experience of dealing with!!! They are rude!!!! They put you on hold forever and then when they do answer the phone they disconnect you!!! I had transferred my prescriptions back in September to Walmart and yet once again they text me today saying I have prescriptions ready???? Really??? Of course back the call and hold game!! When I finally did speak someone they Couldn’t tell me why They had a prescription but all they could say was that they are short handed and that’s why you have to set on hold for 20 minutes !! They suggested that I call corporate at 1-800-shopcvs.. well that doesn’t work either!! My suggestion would be this.. if you can’t give better service “ shut your damn doors.” People are frustrated and tired of your excuses.. they have used the covid excuse way to long!

I bought the chocolate, when i eat don’t feel good. Now I checked and can’t see expiration dates. And also sign keep cool 60-68f and dry. They had in the store where was not cool temperature. I have nausea and headache

Absolutely 100% RUDE!!! The one in Macungie, PA is the absolute worst. The pharmacy associates have no manners and have no compassion at all. The worst!!!!

I am grateful they took the time, which I know was quite a bit for my insurance. Thank you
