This stars are for employer Brandon I am the one who put last review and was mistreated by CVS stuff and after looking for the recipe, BRANDON was a gentleman and take care me and gave me my refund. Mike the manager of the store never called me but the company who they contracted (by CVS) to make our life difficult called just to tell me they won't refund me. Well after hours looking all over, we found the receipt and this young guy was a gentleman and treat me with lot respect and proceeded with my credit. So for that reason, I will give BRANDON a 5 star.

THE WORST!!! Spam your phone all day, ALL FUC---G DAY, for flu shots and any other BS they can make money off. F--K CVS! Asshol--.

The local CVS pharmacy is totally incompetent. They can not get prescriptions right even though I take the same medication every month for life. The pharmacist could care less and doesn't return calls. The corporate office referred me to the regional manager,Jennifer. She doesn't have a clue how to handle this issue and she also refused to call me. What a bunch of quacks. I took my prescriptions to WalMart. CVS located in Chandler; corner of Kyrene Rd and W. Chandler Blvd. Avoid them at all costs.

Awful. 6 of us took tests for Hawaii with requirements of 72 hours timeframe. Only 4 came back. Two of our party on arrival On Kauai are in quarantine with no room key so locked in. Calls to CVS could not resolve problem. Tests results unavailable despite advertising 2-3 day turn around. This is a trusted partner of Hawaii?

Bad customer service, you can not claim a duplication of payment, because there is no one to solve this, the pretext of high volume by Codiv

I have never in my life received such bigotry from a professional pharmacist in my life my God I’m sorry but she is a demon from hell no joke . I had oral surgery done and I went to get my prescription filled. I went in told her my information and Oh you don’t anything. So I called the dentist they told me that they would call right away and they did call but the place was busy so they left a voicemail. 2 and half hours later as I’m starting to feel the pain with blood all in my mouth still. The cvs called and told me they received my prescription meanwhile I was across the street at the urgent care because I wasn’t going through the night with that much pain . So I canceled my appointment at urgent care went to cvs and of course WAITED another 20 minutes. He called me up there to ring me up and THAT EVIL SHES NOT HUMAN ,C()NT can you figure that out said oh that lady was waiting longer than he was.REALLY F YOU BIT?$. GO TO HELL WHERE YOU BELONG . So that’s that . F U CVS

There is a place on the CVS.com pharmacy website to manage family prescriptions, and the link to begin it didn't work, so I emailed them to see if they could just fix the problem. I do know about links - I am a webmaster. I was told in the reply email that they wanted to talk about it with me on the phone, and gave me a number to call. 2 emails and 3 phone calls later, and I am done with CVS. The first time, I called the number they gave me, and got someone else who couldn't fix my problem, but could "connect me to CVS.com" (there is no direct number for customer service) Then they gave me a phone number with options to get to them, and the options did not work. Emailed them back, and they gave me different instructions which also did not work. Clearly they do not understand the words "customer service". I know what customer service is, and cvs.com does not care about it's customers. Their customer service phone number isn't even listed on the website anywhere. I can't deal with a company that won't take care of it's customers. I am looking for a new pharmacy, and will not order any further products from this company.
