I called to refill a prescription
I called to refill a prescription. It took nearly 3 minutes to give me wasted narrative on advertising, flu shots, etc. Instead of an automated where I can just give prescription number, it asked me what I wanted. Then I was transferred to pharmacy, where I held on for another 14 minutes. Finally, I hung up and called back and clicked as a doctor. It still took nearly 6 minutes for a person. I reached the pharmacist, who sounded as exasperated as I was. I told her it was unacceptable nearly 20 minutes for a refill, which it should just be automated, where you leave the number and every other pharmacy has. This was at store on Brookpark and Broadview, Cleveland, OH; I think I am going to go to another pharmacy on next refill. This is unacceptable and there are countless reviews like mine. You can and should do better, CVS.
