Service is horrible. I went to the drive thru to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready at 3 PM. I went at 4:00 pm, so they would have plenty of time to fill it. They told me to come back in 20 minutes. I went back at 7:15 pm. It still wasn't filled. The rude pharmacy tech said it wasn't her fault. Told me to come back in 20 minutes. Stay away from CVS at 70th & O St in Lincoln, NE. We have 8 prescriptions monthly. Will be moving our business across the street to Walgreens.

Not enough employees, dirty, disorganized stores AND IF THE REVIEWS ARE SOOOOOOOOOOO POOR WHY DOESN'T MANAGEMENT (IF THEY HAVE ANY) MAKE SOME PRODUCTIVE CHANGES TOWARDS STORE OPERATIONS??????????????????????????????????

Very bad experience of customer…
Very bad experience of customer service. I went to the store to use my cvs money because it was expiring the same day. But their system was not taking my phone number so i couldnot use my cvs extra bucks. The next day i called cvs 1800 number three times and spent three hours to explain why i couldnot use my extrabucks. But they didnot help. Three times three different person on phone keep saying you should use extrabucks before expiration date. We cannot do anything now.

Your ads on TV show a man calling in…
Your ads on TV show a man calling in for over the counter meds then going to pick it up at CVS after his sons soccer game. (in the pharmacy drive thru).
Well I tried to do the same and IT DOES NOT WORK ON LINE ….I have a prescription due and wanted to pickup over the counter med also …..NOT ABLE TO DO THIS . Why can the TV commercial man do it but not in real life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fake emails to take our money!
This company is being forced to sign up people for a membership reward program! They will put a FAKE email for you to make their number quota! You can say NO, you don't want it three TIMES and they still are pressured to sign you up with a fake email so that they can take $5 out of your account every Month! If at all possible shop anywhere else but here!

Horrible Pharmacy and Rude
They wanted me to get a 3 month supply of my medications and claimed they gave me RX card savings! They put the blame on my doctor and myself when i asked them why they were trying to make me pay for a 3 month supply of everything without a discount!

First, let me just say I don't use CVS as my pharmacy -- I support my village's family-owned drugstore for my meds.
However, I shop CVS.com for everything else, it's the best. Items are shipped within a day or two, and are delivered quickly. From medical supplies to cookies to air vaporizers, I have never been disappointed.
