I have been a member of CarePass with CVS since it was first offered. Recently I have had issues with online orders in which it doesn't accept an order. So I have called several times since March to get this resolved. I have spoken to at least 9 different persons to get the Carepass issue resolved. (The screen keeps popping up saying that it appears that you are a robot.....of course I can type at less than normal speed....then it processes back to the opening screen and loses my orders) If ANYONE at corporate can help PLEASE resolve this issue.

Saugerties pharmacy! The pharmacists there think they are the doctors and know what goes at the appointments. Then they treat you like your nothing. JEREMY FOR ONE!!! NO MATTER IF ITS MINE OR MY KIDS HE ALWAYS DELAYS MY PRESCRIPTIONS!!! THEY NEED TO GET HIM OUT OF THERE! IF HE DONT LIKE PEOPLE HE SHOULDNT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE. HE HAS A CONTROL ISSUE! HE ACTS LIKE HE CAN SAY AND DO WHATEVER HE FEELS LIKE

Went to cvs to buy a metal pill fob for your key chain asked an employee to help locate one for me she directed me to an isle which did not have one I went back and explained that I did not see any and asked her to show me. I was told by the employee that it was above her pay grade ! In other words she doesn’t give a ****. It is the last time I will enter a cvs !!!!

I will drive 10 miles out of my way to avoid a CVS in Michigan ( as well as all other states ). They are all over priced 200% to 300%. Their support staff be it cashiers or Pharmacists are rude and demeaning ( OH! let me add ignorant as well ). In my area we have private pharmacies popping up all over the place because no one wants to deal with this monster they call CVS. Avoid CVS and perhaps they will go away!!!!

I NEVER complain about CVS or its prices which are a bit high anyhow. This CVS store/pharmacy is convenient and close to home. However, I had a $5.00 rewards coupon and the pharmacy wouldn’t take it. It was on 5/5/21 and it would expire on 5/7/21. There were no exclusions listed, which that has been the case in past visits and I was able to use the coupon at the pharmacy. I know that alcohol and prescriptions usually don’t get coupons, but once in awhile I would get lucky. So without exclusions listed I was hoping that to get a $5 break on a $95 tab. I spoke to the store manager and he showed me policy that was covered by an advertising cover at all of the check stands. I had to lift the advertiser up to read that prescriptions were never covered by coupons. Nowhere on the rewards coupon did it state any exclusions, nor was the policy disclaimer in plain sight. I think I will pull ALL of my business away from CVS and go somewhere that is forthright and honest about policy so that, as a customer, I won’t have to guess!

I went to the Highland CVS location and the cashier was extremely rude and expressed to another employee she was annoyed at the customers for coming into the store and disturbing her work. I believe her name was Pam. Once I came up to the checkout she was very passive-aggressive towards me and other customers. Very disappointed.
