The CVS App is a joke. I can't refill prescriptions when I need to, only some prescrip[tions are eligible for automatic refills, and it takes days for CVS to renew prescriptions from the doctor. Additionally, I am unable to sync my prescriptions to all be ready at the same time. I never had problems like this at Walgreens and would go back, but my insurance threatened me with more expensive prescriptions if I didn't move to CVS.

CVS Pharmacy on HWY 51 in Madison never has my prescription in stock and it always takes over a week to get my prescription - for something that I need. I went to the doctor early this time so that they would have time to get my prescription in time. Even though the doctor called in my prescription early, they didn't do anything with it until I called and asked when it would be ready - two days after the fill date listed on the prescription. They, of course, didn't have it in stock and said it would take a week to get it in. My whole family will be moving their business to a different pharmacy and I will NEVER shop at CVS again.

If I could give this CVS Pharmacy at Park Road and Worthington-Galena negative stars I would because it is not worthy of one star. Although I am a person who loves a deal I would rather pay more money to go anywhere else rather than go this CVS and with that being said I will never patron another CVS. I have picked up prescriptions at this location in the past through drive-thru utilizing GoodRx because the price of my medication with GoodRx was cheaper than using my insurance. Especially, since we are still in a pandemic I wanted to avoid going inside to decrease my exposure. Now, during a pandemic, the employee at the drive-through wanted me to come in and show my discount. All I had to do was read off the information from my phone avoiding having to go into the story considering the fact that we are still in the midst of a pandemic. The lady at the employees was lazy and irritable not displaying any level of customer service. I felt like I was a bother for her the way she sighed and threw her head down. I told her that I could give her all of the information in the drive-thru and she ended up taking down my information and said that it would be 10 minutes to fill my prescription. Fast forward and she did not apply my discount after she took it down. Then we went through the charade again of me giving her my information again. At that point, I asked if I could transfer my prescription, and when she asked me where I said anywhere but there.

I have pictures where 2 ladies bought maybe 60 tide liquids and 40 downy liquid. I came at 8:15am and unable to buy any detergent. I asked the cashier is there not a limit so other customers can get stuff. They replied NO. Very disappointed. The CVS on Berkman. Austin Tx

Worst retail pharmacy. They have stolen expensive inhalers, necessary for asthmatics, billed my insurance but not filled the drugs. From the corporate office to every CVS pharmacy crummy employees, thieves even.

Es una tienda totalmente ineficiente en sus servicios, si eres extranjero/turista en EEUU por favor no vayas a este lugar para tomarte un test covid, es cara y el servicio no vale la pena te brindan muy poca información y los resultados demoran tanto que podrías perder tu vuelo. Encima de todo el call center es una pena, te responden de mala manera no te colaboran y piensan que te hacen un favor cuando pagaste por sus servicios pésimos.

The store is very unwelcoming, dirty, and unorganized. Items are thrown everywhere, and the organization does not make sense at all. I once received an expired medication from the pharmacy, and I also noticed that many of the drinks and snacks were expired. There are many rude CVS employees, one being Sasha, who accused my 5 year old of stealing a toy because he was playing with it. I believe that this store is very bad, and I highly suggest you refer to any other pharmacy.

The CVS sotre is much better than Rite Aid. It is cleaner and has more variety in anything you need. I walk into CVS and I am immediately greeted by the loving staff at CVS. When I walk into Rite Aid I am greeted by just normal staff. The pharmacists at CVS are very willing to help and answer any question about prescriptions! Highly recommend CVS over Rite Aid!
