CVS completely stinks. I would give 0 stars, but you have to pick one. On May 4th, I had major foot surgery. The doctor called in pain and anti blood clot medications. I called amd asked about having the medication delivered as I have problems driving with the medication given during operation. The man said he would set up delivery because the delivery was done for the day. I called again In the morning on May 5th and asked for the medication to be set out and delivered. At 4pm I had not received my medications. I called the pharmacy and was told it was being sent via USPS. I can’t believe this!!! It’s going to take 3-5 days for delivery. It is not CVS free delivery, it’s CVS mail order. I don’t call Pizza Hut and ask for my pizza to be delivered. Only to have it sent via USPS 3-5 day delivery.

Do not become a part of the CVS RX. This is my final straw with the arrogant pharmacist. He was super unprofessional when I went to pick up a RX for my husband. He bad mouthed our Dr. and in front of patrons said he wouldn't fill it because it was coded as "addition" for the need. Which it is not. I called my doctor and they confirmed it was coded correctly. He embarrassed me in front of people and proceeded to declare that he did not know the doctor, and would not ever fill the rx. He then whined about how when he called them they "put him through a lot of stress" This CVS is a nightmare, as I declared before, but this was a final straw. Our doctor is from a different town north of us, because that is where we use to live. It is Dignity Health, a large group and a very outstanding hospital and clinics. I have informed my doctor and her staff of his unprofessional bad mouthing of them. Also, talking that way to me about our private RX an health issues was against the HIPPA law. There was no discretion at all! This RX is on Lake Blvd, 96003. Don't go there! I will be filing a complaint to CVS. I was mortified by his actions!

Hello, I use to love CVS because the extracare rewards and so cameout the BAYPASS REWARDS everytime I came across store (cvs) they always offered me the BYPASS it took them for like a whole 8 months for me to join. First I paid the whole year because was going to save more so I join but I never received the next month BYPASS REWARDS!! And so I called customer service and they aded to my estracare, but asked me again for all my info+my bank and card info. So I thought it will automatically fall into my account the next month rewards 🤔 this was on the 17th each month today is the 3 of the next month and never received again, I called them and ended with a recorded mchine " the line is busy plz calle back an hour or 2 I called and samething this is bad terrible experience with CVS AND THE BYPASS REWARDS. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT. I WISH I NEVER DONE IT. I CAN CANCEL BUT THEY ARE NOT GONNA GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. WATCH OUUUUUUTTTT DON'T, DON'T DO IT!!!!!

Pharmacist and pharmacy staff at the CVS in Gales Ferry, CT are extremely rude. I tried to discuss a prescription issue with the staff but instead of being indiscreet the pharmacist chose to shout at me from a distance. It was embarrassing; she would not tell me why they couldn’t fill my prescription. She just kept yelling my doctor’s name and that she was waiting for my doctor to call back. Thing is, she lied. Pharmacist never called doctor. Found this out after speaking with doctor. Ultimately pharmacist should have told me insurance didn’t cover my prescription. They didn’t nor did they call my doctor or give me option to pay outright. Dr cancelled prescription & I got it filled at a competitor pharmacy. Pharmacist lied about insurance company too. Guess she didn’t just want to fill my prescription. Not my family’s first rude encounter with her but it was our last. How does someone like this serve the public. CVS should be ashamed. Also contacted CVS customer service. They took my name & number & said they would get back to me. It has been 6 weeks & still no response from CVS. Now my family goes to a competitor in another town, further from our house.

We were at the covid testing parking lot, nobody showed up , it was a disappointing experience. Avoid going to CVS !! We also had a bad experience during vaccination time. Very bad

I would give a zero review if I could. I paid $125.99 for an antibiotic prescription at the CVS Pharmacy on Fry Blvd. in Sierra Vista, AZ when I got home to Bisbee, AZ, 35 miles away, I checked the price at the Safeway Pharmacy there. Guess what? $25.49, more than $100.00 less! Their explanation was mush. I will never set foot in a CVS again.

I had the most the racist experience by a health care provider at the Westerville, Ohio minute clinic of my life. I left the office before my physical could be completed based on the attitude, micro aggression, dismissive behavior I received. I am writing this post in tears.

I’m a health care worker who needed a covid test. Appointment time was 610. I drove 54 minutes to get a rapid test. The lady calls me at 605 telling me I’m late, all rude. I told her well be a little late by 5-10 minutes due to traffic. She then told me at 607 she couldn’t do my rapid test and mind you they told me hours before I could come earlier so that time I drove 58 minutes plus 45 minutes while I was driving at work. Only to drive 54 minutes and another 54 minutes home.
