The customer service is poor at best. I have a card on file and every month I have to call and be on hold for 30-60 minutes before they will ship my prescription. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend anyone considering using CVS to do the same. Not a satisfactory experience. Terrible.

It wouldn't be okay on a good day, but to stand here (there's no chairs), sick, for an hour and a half only to be told they don't have that antibiotic... This is what you call the straw breaking the proverbial camel's back.

After attempting to print a photo at two different Walgreen's without any success as their employees couldn't figure out the issue I went to CVS #5231 in Ocala, FL on June 21st. Their manager took the time to help me airdrop the photo that I needed which was part of a birthday present that I needed the next day. This took some time to figure out how to get it to download and the right size. He was very patient and helpful in everyway. He provided exceptional customer service along with the cashier, Jessie. Thank you!

I don't know if this is the place to review a specific CVS location, but here goes. CVS North Port FL. I have been a customer for over nine years. I am taking 9 various prescriptions 1 of which, oxycodone a schedule 1 drug, has a problem with the monthly refills. My other prescriptions have been overfilled to the point of having 3 months ahead on most of them. I get constant notices that wants them to be auto filled. (The auto fill is why I am 3 months ahead) When I finally spoke with a pharmacist today his very visible distain for me(?) or the drug prescribed, showed me exactly how much loyalty matters. He couldn't stop sucking on a toothpick to at least try to explain if there is a problem. His only answer was that my doctor must have sent it early. This is true, I go to a pain management office and my appointments are not always in line with the refill dates. In the past I have gotten automated texts from CVS to tell me it was too soon (which I and my Doctor freely acknowledge) . Mr. toothpick's answer was "I have no answer" and he walked away. The most recent Prescription was due on 7/2 and after several phone calls and in store visits it was filled late on 7/8. The reason this is notable is that the sophisticated computer system has no trouble keeping track of my other 8 prescriptions. After actually hearing and seeing the corporate attitude in person, my wife and I will be moving our prescriptions to another more customer service based pharmacy.

I'm 50 years old & have never seen a pharmacy that makes their own hours. I challenge you to call the Akron CVS this morning to get your meds refilled or to ask a question about your meds because it always says they're closed in the mornings! This is not a once in a while thing either! Very unprofessional & actually kind of cruel when it comes to people needing help & no way to get it. Please address your Akron location on Canton rd.

I ordered 2 items to be shipped to my home 8 days ago. I still haven’t received my order or any tracking information. I was forced by Aetna Insurance to start using CVS. Biggest mistake ever. Terrible customer service.. If CVS is unable to handle the demands of the Business, don’t force customers to use this Pharmacy

Cvs care program so tricky, I sigh for this and they suppose give 10 $ reward but when I came next time to store they said I already use it, so I just cancel it and that's it! Don't even want come back, they lost another client!

I used the app, paid for my prescriptions. Went to pick them up and they made my pay for them again. They have a charge on my bank that they're holding, the bank can't release it because they preauthorized it and the idiot at CVS obviously didn't know how to use the preauthorization and I had to pay for it out of pocket. This wasn't the first bad experience I have had with these people. I went online, downloaded the Walgreens app and in trying to transfer my prescriptions, Walgreens called CVS and was put on hold for 30 minutes, then they hung up on them. I'd advise you to find a different pharmacy, this is not one that care about their customers at all!
