CVS in Weaverville, NC. Angela at register was great! Very nice and great customer service.

Someone needs to check into theses stores.Went in at 4om going to tell me can't get meds until tomorrow really. Just got out of the hospital and can't get the meds i need horrible!!!!!!

I have chosen CVS because it is national and I travel. I have never seen a place so under staff (every where we go.) Also I give them 3 hours to fill my prescription before I leave to pick it up, even when I am in pain. When I arrive it is not ready and they say they will expedite it… 15 minutes. This happened today. I picked it up. … They just sent me a text to say it is ready, 3 1/2 hours later. Typical. Pathetic.

Would give -star if possible. Had appointment with paperwork completed online for a vaccine so there should be minimal waiting. Had also called ahead to have prescription ready for pick up at same CVS pharmacy. Arrived a few minutes before appointment time. A group of 4 walk ins went to the front of the line and received immediate attention. While I, with the appointment arranged over a week previously, waited. When another clerk asked if I needed assistance I was told I would have to wait for walk ins to go through all their paperwork and receive their vaccines and by the way prescription refill isn’t ready either. Finally got a refill on prescription and will go elsewhere for the vaccination and will transfer rest of refills to another pharmacy. Last time I will be in that store for anything.

Classify like that for being is slow in pharmacy services. The pharmacy is located at 44 street and McDowell in Phodnix az Also they take too much servicing per vehicle came Therefore you classification in services is very bad

got my covid vaccine at CVS...not my normal drug store, but they had the vaccine variant that I heard was the best...was rewarded with a 20% off coupon for shopping, which was a nice surprise...go there to pick up a couple of things...no, they do not carry that item, the other item I wanted 2 of, they only had 1...go to check out and redeem my coupon..."Oh, you have to be a CVS rewards member to use that coupon" what a fraud using the vaccine just to get people to register with their rewards program...no thank you...will do my shopping elsewhere...never see me in your store again

Got a covid appointment one week ago kept sending me reminders the day of the appointment an hour before they texted me appointment was cancelled. I took off work wasted time preparing. Call no one answered. Call a different location they said to come in as a walk in. Changed plans again went there on the time they said. Girl said I have to come back on a different day. Could be not do it. What a disorganized mess never going there again. Called Walgreens they said come at this time went there got the shot. No problem.
