I would give the CVs on Cleveland Ave in Ft Myers 0 stars if I could! I entered and asked for a prescription to be filled urgently given I had a plane to catch. First I was told an hour than 2 hours ! I explained the urgency talked to the manager and no support. I have been a CVS customer for 30 years this store was horrible ! I went to the neighboring Walgreens and the staff filled my prescription in 10 minutes as a favor to me. CVS Customer service should have been better and staff understanding of my situation.

My wifes cardiologist wrote a prescription for blood pressure medication on 7/15/2021 at 1:00pm and his office called it in. I went there at 4:00 where I was greeted by Blake the Pharmacist who told me that It would not be ready for pickup until 7/16 and maybe even 7/17. My wifes blood pressure was 178/109 she could not sit and wait for those meds. I was told by Blake they are understaffed and their problem is now "MY PROBLEM. Im not sure who hired this little jacka** but as some point he's going to smart mouth the wrong person and someone is going punch his ticket. I told him to transfer it to another CVS which he told me he did. When I got there he never transfered the prescription. However, the awesome pharmacist at CVS on Wickham and Pineda in Melbourne Florida ...by the name of Mohammed processed the prescription in 6 mintues flat. That little jerk at the Wickham and Parkway store should be fired and then deal with after work. He's going to refuse to fill a prescription someday and something bad is going to happen to the patient....Lawsuit time...and the end of his career....Blake...your a F**ck

Honestly I have no idea why my pharmacy was switched from Walgreens to cvs but now that I pickup from cvs, it has been the worst experience of my life. The CVS at 10255 Sw 86 circle ocala, Fl 34481 is the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only is the staff unorganized, but I find myself waiting for upwards of 20 minutes just to pick up medication. I remember at Walgreens I would be in and out in no time. I am not sure what the problem is at this pharmacy but this has gotten to the point where I think management needs to get involved. I had an issue with a prescription a month ago, it took a long time for them to resolve it and a month later, the same issue. I wish they would update the information in the computer but I don’t think the staff is trained well.

I have personally tried the services of WALGREENS, WALMART, RITE AIDE, but the best in customer service is the staff at CVS TARGET 0n 3527 W Florida Ave, Hemet,CA 92545. Their Pharmacist Kevin always goes beyond his job. he explains thoroughly and professionally my medications and reviewed the manufacturer's guidelines etc. They showed compassion and understanding of each patients concerns and limitations. Kevin and Gary, Sandra Granville and the rest of them have excellent patience and kindness extended to a patient like me. Thank you. Nannette W Burnett

Worst customer service ever, I have never been treated so awful in my life. The techs and pharmacists were rude, not helpful and snippy. They were the worst drive through I have ever been through in my life. Never using them again, highly recommend going somewhere else if you wanted to be treated right as a person. Harassment

I needed a transfer of medication because my insurance will only let me get my rx filled at CVS. My other pharmacy had to do all the work for them. I was on hold for 30 min and never spoke to anyone. Called Walgreens picked up on first ring. Amazing. 🤯

CVS is a greedy money hungry company. They will refill medicine I don’t want nor ask for and then will stalk you via text to get you to come and pick it up. I have a whole big box of unused medicine because of this. I have even asked them to please not do this. Not only that they charge the most for meds. Taking my business elsewhere

Do not get COVID tested in CVS with MinuteClinic!!! We were traveling to Europe and got tested there, checking in the option Traveling. We got tested on Saturday, it is Tuesday morning and WE STILL DIDN’T GET THE RESULTS!!!! And no one can help you, no one cares that you have a plane to catch! This is a disaster. I am not going to go to the pharmacy ever again. No respect or sympathy for customers. Get Travel option off! You are making people’s lives miserable and turning traveling into a nightmare!
