I was served by Nylah at the CVS Pharmacy on S. 99 in Katy, TX. She did a good job processing my script and helping me with the Good RX app. She was patient and peaceful during a high stress time of day. Thanks Nylah!

Rude Behavior I have never encountered such rude pharmacy employees anywhere else. I called nicely to let the pharmacist know they had made a mistake on my rx (no big deal...everyone makes mistakes). He immediately and rudely stated he couldn't see anything he could do. Of course I emphatically said yes you can. He started threatening me that I was talking over him and yelling. First of all when I said yes you can HE began talking over me. I NEVER yelled at him. He threatened to hang up on me when I said I did neither. I couldn't believe I was talking to a professional that was acting like a 12 year old. After he kept rambling on and on about talking over him and yelling at him (while I sat completely quiet) I finally was able to ask permission to speak. He granted me permission and said he would leave a note for the other pharmacist. At this point I have doubts I will get my issue resolved. If I were not forced by my insurance company to use CVS I would change immediately. This is not the first time I have experienced their rude behavior and I'm sure it won't be the last. If you are that unhappy with your career choice and you obviously have no customer service skills, you should pursue a different career.

If negative 5 stars was an option that's what I would have chosen. Worst pharmacy on planet, possibly entire universe. 702 N Main Street Greer, SC. I've been dealing with a particular CVS pharmacy for over 2 years. Orders are wrong 50% of time or more. Same with everyone else who uses them. Beyond rude employees who become angered when pointing out their mistake. Wasted 4 hours of time today on a prescription that was supposed to be filled a week ago. None of the managers act as if they even care. Lost my business forever as well as anyone who ask about them.

The CVS on Lewis Rd is a train wreck. No one cares in the pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription at 11am and they said give us an hour. I returned 6 hours later to find they didn't fill it. The person behind the counter scolded me saying, " don't you know we do vaccines here? We don't have time to fill your prescription right now" instead of arguing with this rude, little brat, I decided to cancel it. I am moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy other than CVS.

I wish I could leave no stars. I have been patient with them. Gave them 5 chances I am at 7 now. 1. Mislabeled medication 2. Incredible rude on phone 3. On hold 38 minutes never answered disconnected 4. Called again eternal hold never answered 5. Dr upped dose of medication. Separate pill different dose different order separate order. I have never ordered this from them. Their response? Too soon to fill. 6. Cash pay for medication. I ordered it once. They filled it. Ordered again. Nope we can’t fill it your insurance does not cover. Um yes that is why I am cash pay?!? She says no and tells me it depends on which pharmacist is on duty if they will give it to you 7. Status of med. told it would come on a Tuesday. No call or text. Ok stuff happens they are busy Cut slack. 7 days later ? Nothing. I reached out nothing. Just tell me it’s back ordered or whatever I will go somewhere else Needless to say after only one month after having my prescriptions transferred there I am going somewhere else. There are numerous dates. Of bad service

On at least 2 occasiions my doctor has sent a prescription to CVS be filled and they were out of stock. Since I didn't receive notification regarding the status of the order I went to the pharmacy and inquired. That's when I found they didn't have it in stock and couldn't tell me when it would be in. Very poor business practice considering a persons health may depend on their medication.

Mr. I Kone, Pharmacist, deserves a medal for saving my day! With a combination of CVS errors and then the lady at the cash register had NO empathy and after having a really rough day, Mr. Kone stepped out from behind his area to assist me. We need more people like him!!! Thank you, Mr. Kone!!!, there are still people who have compassion! Linda Robinson
