I am in the process of switching from CVS . I have been a very long time customer of the CVS Pharmacy on Park and Jupiter in Plano Texas . I have had nothing but trouble of late trying to get my prescriptions filled . It takes days sometimes and the excuse is we had to order it , your Dr did not order it even after my Dr text me and tells me your meds have been ordered and blah blah blah . I have had pneumonia and many prescriptions have been ordered and it is almost one of those situations where less stress to not attempt to pick up you script , three attempts to pick up and by that time you have coughed your brains out for two nights and when you finally get frustrated they miraculously can fill it in ten minutes but once again you have to wait in line again . What is real funny is I also get my dads scripts there and I left his appointment at at 4 pm and said just for it’s and giggles , arrived at 4:30 pm and low and behold all four of his scripts were ready , mine was ordered that morning at 11 and not ready . I guess there is a TOTUM pole status AT CVS ……. Anyway it is maddening……. Time to go ! By the way they want one date ………. WAY TOOOOOOOO MANY DATES. I am coming back and editing this review just when I was gonna give up on CBS everything turned around. It has been much much much much better. I have come to know the people that work there there was never anything wrong with the people that work there they were awesome but we got it all straightened out. Everything is great now haven’t had any problems. They at least are working on things to fix it. It’s been a while since I posted on here but it popped up and I just wanted to let you know that they are doing a great job now thank you so much.

I use CVS pharmacy because I have to, not because I choose to. I have found that it does not matter where you live in the great State of Texas, CVS is the worst pharmacy to interact with that there is. The pharmacy itself never answers their phone calls. I have been in the store and the only one in line and listening to the little voice say there are X numbers of calls for the pharmacy. I have also been on the other end of the call until it times out (3 times in a row) and never see or get a call answered. This is not CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is customer injustice.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Planning on changing asap!! The problem I think is a high turnover of employees because CVS will not pay them enough! Just when you get to know a pharmacist they are gone to a new pharmacy that treats their employees better.

I went to a local CVS this morning in Philadelphia,PA (10th and Reed). I am still in awe at how amazing this young woman was who was working the front checkout area. Her name was Sabina, and she absolutely needs a promotion!!! I've never had customer service this great in my life! So attentive, that she remembered I was there the previous day and overheard me talking about how my purchase was more than I expected, so when I went there today I was going towards the self-checkout and she said "hey I can take care of you here." So I went over and she signed me up for extra care card VIP, then proceeded to help me with coupons and I ended up leaving the store with 6 items for only $2!!! This young lady is incredibly intelligent, conscientious, and puts in 110% into her job. It's not too often these days to come across a person so dedicated to their job! She deserves a huge promotion and pay raise. I will never forget how wonderful she was!

I visit the CVS on Annapolis Rd in Odenton, Md. I went to get a flu shot the pharmacist tell me my insurance doesn’t cover it. I have Blue Shield and Blue Cross I never had a problem before receiving my vaccines and flu shots in the past. The pharmacist was rude and asked me to remove my mask.I did not get my flu shot after having him argue with me that my insurance doesn’t cover it, I told him to cancel it and left.

The pharmacy drive thru is crazy. You can wait in line forever. It seems like they need a better process. It is like this all the time.

I had to use cvs pharmacy because my insurance required me to do so. I've had experienced declining quality of customer care in the pharmacy dept. They claim its due to lack of help. I've had to complain to my doctor because they've withheld medication that was vital to my health & wellbeing. I am in the process of transferring my service to another more competent pharmacy

The pharmacy at CVS is the worst. They are out of stock constantly.3 months in a row I have had to suffer in pain because I could not get my meds.i even tried to fill them at other CVS locations and they were out of stock also. CVS cares nothing for it's customers.i will be switching to a new pharmacy
