Tried to refill a prescription on line only to be notified I had to contact local pharmacy, no option to have pharmacy contact physician for new prescription. Called and got touch auto refill. Doing so it told me my prescription would be ready October 28. Checked web site only to find out was put on hold until November 19. Tried to call my local pharmacy only giving up after waiting 32 minutes without getting anyone to answer the phone. This is a prescription that is all also sold over the counter, so no prep is needed just a prescription label. I had prescription transferred to another pharmacy. CVS Daleville, VA. Sucks.

Worst pharmacy!!! I don't care anymore that its convenient. I drive out of my way now to a local pharmacy that greets me with a smile and ALWAYS has my script ready. Also, as far as the store, cvs doesnt want their people interacting with customers. They literally hide behind aisles and watch as people self check. I refuse. I ask them... are you working or just spying? I need checked out by you. But that has ended. Im disgusted and done.

They scheduled times to get the Covid booster shot for my husband and me, and 5 times, cancelled for unforeseen circumstances! It takes 25 minutes to complete all of the information once! That’s 25 X 5, or over 2 hours, just to sign up for an appointment! Yesterday, the last time they cancelled (‘got a cancellation text at 7:30pm for a 3:30pm appointment!) we said, “no more CVS, and went to Costco, where we got our vaccinations in about 10 minutes!

used this store for seven years. cvs pharmacy at 26101 EUREKA RD. Taylor MI. at one point they had good pharmacists, but they rotated a complete crew of no more then ignorant Arabs. lead pharmacist stands behind the counter yells and screams about me giving her a fake prescription, yeah, by the same doctor, for the same med for the last seven years to avoid surgery. the humiliation, embarrassment with people just gawking at me. i think that rag was wrapped to tight around her head. America is lost to this garbage race they import to do simpleton jobs and put ordinary citizens out do to the way they think. its ok im near Detroit only 30 other pharmacy's within 5 miles. so for your sake dont go here cvs 26101 EUREKA RD. TAYLOR MI. you may get the wrong meds i did twice, or they are always out, just maybe you will be accused of giving them a fake script and be hamulated right out in public view.

Demasiado malo el personal son muy pedantes mal hhmorados con la gente hispana a mi siempre me hacen sentir como si ando pidiendo gratis a veces tienen el medicamento de mi hija y me hacen ir varias veces y cuando solo me dan la mitad y si regreso me dicen el seguro no cubre la otra mitad y el seguro si cubre todo , por todo me busca un problema.

I would like to thank CVS and their employees for coming to out to our senior facility every year to administer the flu and covid vaccines! Their employees are so professional, helpful, and friendly!

CVS is terrible pharmacy and store. Poor service, dirty, disorganized. Terrible staff. Poor management locally and from corp level. I no longer use. CVS is horrible. Don’t go

Had to find a new pharmacy because my other one left Tricare network 😭 Tricare told me to go to CVS, this all happened a day before my medications were due! I have NEVER had a more stressful transition, first they told me everything was fine come back in 20 min. Then they tell me the Tricare system is down to call them in the afternoon, I called & this time they didn't have my meds in stock, told me it might be a day or two but to come in the morning to check, next day I drove back to CVS....this time they had my meds & to come back in 30 min, I go back an hour later & they tell me Tricare system is down😳🤬 I signed up for text messages But they never once let me know what's going on, I had to go there then drive all the way home 4 different times because they don't inform you of ANYTHING, this is a medication I have to have everyday, they could have gave me a day or two worth until everything was cleared up with stock & insurance BUT NOPE they left me hanging, I'm still hanging waiting wondering if they will EVER text me my meds are ready! They are undoubtedly the worst care pharmacy I've ever went to, they do not care about your needs or ask if they can help you in any way. Thank God I'm switching to express scripts & getting my meds mailed to me. This company needs new management. I think the employees are over worked & stressed out as well, if they aren't happy then...... customers won't be happy!
