Maybe CVS Pharmacy should pay their employees enough so people actually want to work there. The amount of times I’ve been at multiple cvs pharmacies while they were extremely understaff baffles me. Stop paying your C-suite so much and pay the workers who are the face of your company. Geez

Cvs on 51 on route 6 has really stepped up their customer service. From answering the pharmacy to having refills n medicine ready in a timely manner. Thank you The minute clinic is awesome as well.

I almost never leave reviews unless I have strong feelings be it positive or negative. I honestly cannot believe how disorganized CVS pharmacy is in Kaneohe. I have had to reach out to them five separate times to get them to fill my prescription correctly. When my doctor changed the order, they continued to prescribe the old dose. After reaching out to them multiple times they tried to blame it on my doctor, which I know is not true since I communicated with them multiple times. My last prescription said I can refill it four more times and when I picked up my prescription yesterday, the label said no refills. This goes on all the time if I could give them zero stars, I would. They also harass my son when he picks up his medication so much so that he wants to stop taking the one medication that helps him to be successful in college. I think they think they are doctors. It’s embarrassing.

Anytime I call CVS Pharmacy 238 Fosgate, Jamesburg, NJ. it will never lift the phone, If I go their big lines takes to get medication.

CVS at 85 Main St, Hackettstown, NJ. One worker said wait for fulfilling, after 30 minutes I found out, they don’t have this drug, and sent me 10 miles away at 1103 Route 46, Ledgewood, where I stuck now waiting again more than 30 min already. Awful experience, this is torture, not pharmacy

WORST WORST*******i booked an appointment for covid test i dint get any confirmation number to my emails and my numbers, i called a customer care agent i stayed on hold for almost 3 hours. no body answer me with my problem

The Pharmacy service on Germantown Parkway in Memphis is terrible. I requested to refill my medication that manufactured in US because I had some issues with the ones manufactured in other country. I called the pharmacist said they were refilled by my request. But when I went there to pick up, I was told they were mailed to my house but I never requested to be mailed. they just did not want me to pick up to avoid finding they are still manufactured not in US. I talked to the store pharmacy manager she was not kind and not patient. I requested to transfer all my medications to another drugstore but they never did.

No one answers the phone. I live 50 minutes away and need to know if “ by processing “ they mean they have the med in store but just need to get it ready to go. I would change pharmacies to one closer but my Rex plan requires I use them. Mail order is not an option with my med. They are so under staffed it is ridiculous. You can’t even leave a message/ comment through corporate because it bounces back saying error but no particular reason. Poorly run company!
