At the CVS located at 8025 Lee Vista Blvd. in Orlando, Florida, an employee named Danaris provides very poor customer service; she is rude to customers, fails to help resolve issues, and is ill-mannered, giving abusive responses.

For Kristen and Angela at CVS Pharmacy…
For Kristen and Angela at CVS Pharmacy in Southampton, New York
There are places in this world where mercy does not announce itself.
It does not always arrive with stained glass, organ music, or a choir singing from the rafters. Sometimes mercy stands beneath the fluorescent lights of a pharmacy in Southampton, New York, wearing a name tag, answering phones, checking prescriptions, fielding questions, and quietly keeping watch over the fragile human beings who come to the counter hoping someone competent and kind is paying attention.
At CVS Pharmacy in Southampton, that person is Kristen.
My doctor called in a prescription for me, and Kristen did not simply fill it and send me on my way. She looked closely. She noticed a possible dangerous medication issue for me, and she acted with the kind of care and professional vigilance that can make all the difference.
In a hurried world, Kristen stopped.
In a noisy world, she listened.
In a system that too often treats people like numbers, she treated me like a person whose safety mattered.
She was calm, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and completely on top of the situation. She made suggestions for safer alternatives and helped guide the matter with intelligence and grace. There was no drama, no panic, no self-importance. Just a pharmacist doing her work with the seriousness and compassion that work deserves.
And that is exactly the point.
Some people do their jobs. Other people become the reason you still have faith in the place where the job is done.
Angela is one of those people too.
Angela is always there with warmth, patience, and kindness. She has a way of making the pharmacy counter feel less like a transaction and more like a human exchange. People arrive at pharmacies worried, tired, sick, confused, or overwhelmed. Angela meets them with steadiness. She brings a gentleness to a place where gentleness is not a luxury. It is medicine of another kind.
Together, Kristen and Angela are the kind of caretakers anyone would pray to find in a moment of uncertainty. They are attentive. They are compassionate. They are steady at the gate.
And yes, I mean gate.
Because there are moments when a pharmacy is not merely a pharmacy. It is the last small crossing before something enters your body and becomes part of your story. On that day, Kristen stood at that crossing and paid attention. Angela helped make the place feel safe, warm, and human.
That matters.
CVS should know what they have in Kristen and Angela.
Southampton should know too.
These women are not just filling prescriptions. They are watching over people. They are practicing care in a world that often forgets how holy ordinary care can be.
With deep gratitude,
CHG McClain

Extremely frustrating experience
Extremely frustrating experience. The website and app frequently showed conflicting information about my order and prescription status, which made it difficult to know what was actually available. When I tried to contact customer support for clarification, reaching a real person took far longer than expected.
The biggest issue was the lack of communication. Updates were delayed, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic information. What should have been a simple process turned into a series of unnecessary delays and confusion.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers should not have to spend so much time chasing answers. Based on this experience, I will be looking for a more reliable pharmacy service in the future.

Heartless And Cruel
I had just left the ER and they called in 3 prescriptions for pain to the Alpine cvs which was closed on arrival. I called the cvs in Santee and spoke to a female in the pharmacy who told me to come there and she would transfer the 3 prescriptions to there location. We drove the 35 minutes to Santee and when we got there she said that she could only find 1 prescription not 3. I called Sharp ER in La Mesa and they said all 3 were there and this happens all the time with cvs. In the end the pharmacy tech would not even transfer the 1 prescription because it was a schedule 2 narcotic. So I suffered all night and we spent hours going back and forth for nothing! Will NEVER use cvs pharmacy for anything ever again! They are heartless and cruel!

Trust CVS Pharmacy... I don't think so...
Every time I go into my local CVS Pharmacy, Bellmore NY I get grief.
They request so everyone can hear PPI to look me up.
I refuse.
This time the "clerk" states loudly that everyone there has access to my PPI (talk about violating my HIPPA).
The store is a shambles, I question they even give the right drugs to people and if it is the right bottle, then I highly doubt the Pharmacists (sic pill counters) would know or care if they are counterfiet.
Add insult to injury, David

The Face of CVS
I am reaching out to CVS Corporate for a Employee, and or Manager that I have the pleasure of being apart of her daily work activities. Ms. Andria, 5832 Harrison Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22407. She's a warrior, dedicated to customers. She have always treated me with a Smile, always asking if I got everything showing patience. While at the same time I seen her cleaning the floors, and stacking shelves. She, for me isn't given what she deserves, and again should be Recognized for being a Loyal CVS Representative.
Thank You Ms. Andria I look forward to speaking to you soon>

Horrible customer service,even while in…
Horrible customer service, even while in store AI answering machine in place so they don't have to deal with very ill customers under doctors care. Change doctors had written RX to generic medication 💊 . Question the RX even while you are standing right before them. I feel CVS revived large kickbacks & bonuses from company if the fill generic RXs against DAW Handwritten prescriptions.....
