Worst company ever. I ordered from my local store for same-day delivery and they delivered it within a couple of hours. Later on I left the house and saw that my mailbox was leaning over. I looked at my ring footage and saw that it was the delivery driver who backed up and then hit it. I called the store who delivered it and they said I’d have to call Roadie. Actually at first they said DoorDash. I called Roadie and was told to contact cvs directly because they have to file the claim. I ended up having to call the 800 number and got the runaround. I was waiting to speak to a manager and suddenly I was on hold with Roadie!! Basically, that was their classy way of telling me they refuse to file a claim. Instead, while still on the phone with CVS, they offered me $5 off the order or to refund the order altogether. Which was like $30. While getting this repaired is going to easily cost $200. My local store is on Kings Highway in Haddon Heights, NJ.

CVS on Rockfish Rd, Raeford NC. Staff is rude not nice at all. They have this sign on screen in front that everyone has to sign on which is full of fingerprints and it is never cleaned. I moved closer to CVS. I was actually getting my prescriptions at Walmart and I had them transferred over to CVS but after dealing with them for about three or four months, I transferred all of them back to Walmart today,. They said that one of my medication‘s was not covered by my insurance and it actually was when I transferred it to Walmart. They filled it immediately. What is wrong with these people? Never again.

I came into the pharmacy located at 1002 Spring St. in Indiana, to get my prescription refilled on Tuesday. He said he could not refill it that I would have to come back at 9 o’clock in the evening because they are open 24 hours. I came back at 9:30 PM and they proceeded to tell me oh I have to wait until Wednesday. I said OK fill it and I will pick it up on Friday because I’m off from work due to the 4th of July holiday, I come back on Friday at 11:30 Am and he proceeds to tell me, You’re gonna have to wait until after my lunch break so come back at 2 o’clock. This was the pharmacist talking to me like this The same one who told me to come back on Tuesday night. The pharmacist is rude, unprofessional and lacking in people skills.

To reduce the necessity for more workers and to create less customer satisfaction the inclusion of the monitors in the check out counter was NOT practiced NOR does it work better for the customers. The fact that the monitor can only accept one person and LACKS the ability to put multiple family members in the system to get all THE MEDICATIONS AT ONE TIME and pay taxes for each individual person's medications is the dumbest system I have ever experienced. CVS was my go to place when they first opened, now they have the standards and customer satisfaction of Walgreen's which you CAN'T PAY ME TO EVER VISIT. Now some doctors in my current area have decided to NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH CVS. Thank you because I kept giving CVS chance after chance to return to the stellar customer experience I used to get. Now, I have to follow suit with the doctors of this area and move to another pharmacy because you have included a system that will allow me to wait in longer lines, waste more of my time and create more angst than I need in my life. Someone should have done a trial run on the monitor system but, what it says is we are moving away from caring about the customers and the service, we want to reduce the employees and gain as high a profit as we can. This company may want to connect to Walgreen's owners and start to partner because both of these places have lost so much customer base because of a LACK OF STRATEGIC, DATA DRIVEN DECISIONS.

I’m putting the one star because it won’t let me not put a star to write this review CVS you need to get your shit together I am dumbfounded with the way all your employees and your customer service representatives are just ridiculous Mother’s Day weekend. You guys were having a promotion for canvases and I ordered one on Tuesday right before Mother’s Day weekend. I received multiple messages from letting me know that my canvas was ready on Wednesday I sent my stepdad to go pick up this canvas because it was a Mother’s Day gift to my mom. He arrives there and they let him know that it’s not ready so he leaves and he calls me and let me know Thursday I receive it same text message me saying that my order was ready. Same thing. My stepdad goes to pick it up and nothing. I go ahead and call them Friday to see if it was ready because I also received another message letting me know it was ready for pick up. They let me know no ma’am it’s not ready. I called again Saturday because I received another text message letting me know it was ready for pick up. Guess what it wasn’t ready as a matter of fact, the machine was down and they didn’t let neither my stepdad or myself know so my stepdad went twice for no reason and I was just given the runaround well today is July 1, 2026 and I still have not received my order. I’ve called several times the customer service line they tried to switch the chemist to a different location and guess what I’ve been clicked on multiple times I’ve had to call. I’ve been calling all these months and no one has been able to help me today. A gentleman I forgot his name was trying to help me and he called eight different stores. do you know what it is eight different stores to see if they can take my damn order that I have been sitting here waiting for to be supposedly ready none of the stores can take the order CVS you need to do better this is ridiculous and a whole other level. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to sorry not sorry don’t offer a service that you can’t fulfill

I had a prescription that I needed quite badly. I called Friday to check on whether they had the medication, they told me no but it was in the warehouse they order it. On Saturday I called to see if it was ready, then they stated the don’t get trucks on the weekend but would be in Monday. I called Monday they said it was not on the truck but would come Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told they were over their quota (?) of the medication and it would now take a month. So I have been suffering since Friday based on what was said. I will NEVER step foot in a CVS again!

I am having surgery tomorrow and I needed Ensure pre-surgery and called everywhere and checked the app and the website. Nothing. You have an entire aisle for greeting cards but not medicine I actually need.

If they had 1/2 a star or better yet 0 stars I would have chosen those. No one EVER answers the telephone, the prices are WAY higher than Walgreens, their customer service is severely lacking and I just got ripped off on my Instacart order!!! This is a horrid excuse for a convenience store/pharmacy!!
