I've spent a week trying to get test strips
First you have to navigate a broken phone syterm
then you leave a message and perhaps someone calls back
Today no one did then they tell you Dr hasn't sent request although dr swears he did
They didn't even pick up the phone when Dr called
and never called him back

Pharmacy drive thru
After 10 hour shift of working, I go to Cvs to collect my daughter‘s medication. I go through drive-thru because it is raining and nasty weather. All it to be told that I need to come inside because my transaction is holding up the line. I said no, that is an inconvenience for me .if you didn’t want a long line and drive-thru and you prefer customers to come on the inside you should’ve closed drive-thru and I would’ve kept going I’m not coming on inside because this is what I wanted to do which was utilize drive-thru, but I wanted to come inside. I would’ve walked inside. I was told I was holding up their line because they needed to do certain transactions for my request. I said so that’s not my problem the longer you’re standing here telling me what you can and cannot do you could’ve been fulfilling my order. her name is Bishnoi of Indian descent. I told her I will be calling customer service to file a complaint, and I will transfer my meds to Walgreens.

CVS AI IS TRAMPLING ON THE LAWFUL PRIVACY OF AMERICAN CITIZENS!
IN THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH, CALIFORNIA, CUSTOMER BATHROOMS REMAIN CLOSED & BROKEN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.
THE TWO SELF-CHECKOUT CASH REGISTERS HAVE WEIGHT ISSUES, FAILING TO PROCESS ITEMS THAT DON'T WEIGH VERY MUCH. THE HORRIBLY DICTATORIAL AI VOICE YELLS AT CUSTOMERS TO PUT THEIR ITEMS IN THE BAGGING AREA, AS IF CUSTOMERS ARE STEALING. HELLO?! THE PROBLEM IS LIGHTWEIGHT ITEMS LIKE A PEN OR LIPSTICK DON'T WEIGH ENOUGH FOR THE MALFUNCTIONING CVS SELF-CHECKOUT MACHINES TO PROCESS.
AND SHAME ON CVS FOR HAVING A BLARING AI VOICE YELL AT CUSTOMERS, THROWING CUSTOMER PRIVACY IN THE TRASH BY ANNOUNCING CUSTOMERS' FIRST AND LAST NAMES ! HOW SCARY AND DISGUSTING! CVS AI IS TRAMPLING ON THE LAWFUL PRIVACY OF AMERICAN CITIZENS!

Unprofessional and Discriminatory Treatment at CVS Pharmacy (Store #00760)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally report an upsetting and unacceptable experience I had at your CVS Pharmacy located at 713 W Main St., New Britain, CT (Store #00760).
During my visit, I approached the pharmacy counter to pick up my medication and ask a question regarding a prescription that was ready for pickup. The employee assisting me did not greet me, avoided eye contact, and did not respond to my inquiry in a respectful or professional manner. When I asked why my question was not being answered, I was told, “you are disgusting; I can’t make eye contact with everyone who comes here to the pharmacy.” This comment was deeply offensive and entirely inappropriate.
I was shocked by both the tone and attitude of the employee. Feeling hurt and disrespected, I took my medication and left the counter. However, I then went to the front of the store to obtain a corporate contact number to file a complaint.
I returned to the pharmacy to ask for the name of the employee involved. At that point, she went into the back area and removed her name tag. She then looked at me and smirked, clearly indicating she did not intend to identify herself. I then asked multiple staff members present, including a pharmacist, for assistance in identifying the individual, but they all ignored my requests and refused to respond. The pharmacist appeared to avoid involvement by pretending to be on the phone.
I also spoke with a store supervisor, who briefly went to the pharmacy area and returned stating that she could not provide the employee’s name. This lack of accountability is extremely concerning.
The behavior I experienced felt coordinated and dismissive, and I strongly believe it was discriminatory. As a 62-year-old woman with a professional background—including engineering degrees—I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, as any customer should be.
This incident was not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful. I am requesting that this matter be investigated thoroughly, appropriate action be taken, and that I receive a formal response addressing this complaint.
No customer should be treated in this manner.
Sincerely,
LW
Laurie W.
I had an online purchase and being an…
I had an online purchase and being an older adult. I guess I just couldn’t find the barcode I went to the store that it shipped from and the young clerk his name was Alejandro. This occurred on June 23 around 2 PM. He was very busy however he handled being very busy very well meaning under the stress of customers asking him questions out of turn while he was trying to assist me on a refund of an item that I had bought online from that store. He still took his time. He was so professional and he was so young and I was just very impressed with this young man! It’s difficult to work in retail but again the specific day I was one of five ladies waiting for him to assist one needed help on the Pay by yourself scanner machine another one kept asking for the bathroom key and he was multitasking, keeping his cool and also making sure that the refund went through helping me find the barcode on my phone. He’s wonderful and this specific store at 7534 Lake Worth Rd. in Greenacres Florida has mostly elderly people so he is a great asset to this environment at the specific store for sure and I really truly hope that somebody let him know how much we really appreciate him!

The recorded telephone prompt worthless.
The recorded telephone prompt is horrible. A simple "what is prescription number for refill" would work. But no. It reads off all your prescriptions, it wants to know the name, it continues through a drawn-out script and, in the end, I was given misinformation about the rx I needed. HORRIBLE! A waste of my time. That and the incredibly long lines at the store with the pharmacy closing in the middle of the day is not the way to run a business. I am transferring my rx's.
