CVS Pharmacy is the Worst (Higher Prices and Poor Service)!
The worst! You know you should change pharmacies when the PHARMACIST Robert (7550 S. 19th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona location) hangs up on you. He was clearly too busy to assist me even though he called me back after I left a phone message with the pharmacy!?! I have not experienced anything like this with a medical professional. This experience was disrespectful, disappointing and, needless to say, unprofessional. I have been aware for some time that my ire’s rooting at CVS are much higher than others such as Walgreens, Safeway, Kroger, Walmart and Costco. Yet I stayed. Higher prices at CVS coupled with poor service from the pharmacist are more than enough reasons to change pharmacies. Certainly, it is time for me to move to a new pharmacy where I will be treated with the respect and receive the attention I deserve from the person entrusted to give me information and advice regarding my medication. I intend to provide my feedback regarding this situation by phone to CVS customer service, online with reviews and with the CVS corporate office.
