Why Can't CVS answer the phone?
CVS made billions and billions of dollars during the pandemic giving out the Covid vaccine. They charged the government at least $20 for every shot they gave and that was several million injections. Now, they claim they don't have the money. And, that's not the punchline, one of the Chief Executive Officers for CVS is a pharmacist who ought to know better. The pharmacists at my local store are great people, friendly and do a great job. But, if I have a question, i have to go over there in person or call Rite-Aid or Walmart who still care enough about their customers to answer their phone. If I didn't like my pharmacists so much I would transfer all my scripts to my local mom and pop pharmacy. They will answer the phone and you can talk to them like real people. Now, I'm old fashioned. I don't like all this impersonal texting nonsense. I want to talk to someone on the phone and do business the old fashioned way. If CVS were smart they would focus on good customer service. That's why Sears Failed. That's why Bed Bath and Beyond went out of business because they didn't cater to the customer.
