Re: 21201 E Ocotillo Rd, Queen Creek AZ. My dog just got out of surgery and CVS wouldn’t fill her pain meds bc the instructions for me said to split the 100 mg capsule in half and administer 50 mgs. The person refused to fill it saying that’s not legal you can’t cut a capsule in half, It’s not possible, they need to say tablet. I asked her repeatedly about it and if there was anything that could be done as my dog couldn’t go without pain meds and the vet was now closed … she said no. So I scrambled and found a friend with meds to get her by until I spoke with the vet. The vet was appalled. Fry’s Pharmacy filled the prescription with the exact same wording - CVS pharmacy wouldn’t fill. I’ll be letting everyone know about this.

The CVS 24 hour pharmacy at Soledad Rd in Santa Clarita first told me that it would not honor a prescription for Zyrtec D, then I was told that they have to order it and would take a week for an over the counter medicine??? Horrible contracted pharmacy

Vivien was amazing. I came in late on august 28th and she made me so comfortable. That woman is a beautiful soul. She deserves so much. she greeted me with a pretty smile and a wave , she’s actually amazing. Ive never had ANY customer service better than mrs vivien . Angelo was pretty cool too! Nice gentleman. Vivien was so comforting. I felt like i had made a bestfriend. I hope to meet her again.

CVS pharmacy on 76th and Oklahoma in Milwaukee does not even deserve a one star rating. Their pharmacy service has continually declined over the past three years. Medications are frequently out-of-stock; prescriptions show they are in process even when they are not in stock, and one does not receive any notification of this. Prescriptions are declared ready for pick-up even when they haven't been processed; no medication in stock and no idea when they will ever be available; again, a huge breakdown in communication. My husband and I, and our son are transferring all our prescriptions to Walmart. They have come through every time CVS has been unable to.

On 22 August 2023 the CVS on Rotary ave in New Market MD recieve a RX from my doctor. On 25 August I received a text message saying my medication was ready for pick up. When i went to pick it up on 25th i was told by the pharmacist Erica there was a fridge malfunction and they could not access the fridge to get my meds as the fridge temp had dipped BELOW temp the previous night and that the securiy manager had to clear the medication before she could release it. I called on Saturday 26 August to check the status and was told that I only had to wait 24 hrs and the medication would be cleared and able to pick up (on 27 Aug) On 27 August i went in to pick up the med and again the pharmacist Erica said she was unable to give me the medication and that what i was i told on 26th about being able to pick it up on 27th was incorrect. She also said she was going to cancel my existing on site order and submit re order so that she could get a new supply in. She cancelled my order. Monday 28 August the pharmacist called me and said the new order that she created on 27th was delayed as it was on backorder. I explained that my med does NOT need to be in fridge if unopened and asked if I could please pick up what they had in the frdge - that again if unopened the temp shouldnt matter. She agreed it didnt need to be in fridge if unopened and said yes i could come pick it up. We hung up with the understanding that i was on my way in to pick it up. A few minutes later Erica called back A few minutes later Erica called back saying she (ironically) JUST heard from her (hard to reach for 3 days) security manager stating because the fridge temp ROSE ABOVE FREEZING (note that is a completely different story than the first, i.e the first story was that the fridge DROPPED in temp) the med was no good and had to be excessed. At this point we do not believ my med was even there on site and fully believe we are being lied to. So My husband went into the CVS branch and asked to see the box of meds just to verify it was in fact there on site, Erica refused He also asked to get a letter in writing from her stating that my med was processed and ready for pick up however was unable to be picked up due to a malfunction on CVS part (fridge malfunction) however again, once more ERICA REFUSED! This is gross mismanagement and Ericas (the pharmacist) refusal speaks to poor customer service and a total lack of regard for patients needing meds.

The employees and pharmacist are very kind hearted. Never rude. They will do anything to make sure I get what my doctor request I receive, like a certain brand of medication. It all works out great in ends. I would recommend CVS pharmacy to just about anyone.

I'm sick of this new thing that I have to come every single month and pick up my prescriptions.my account says my prescriptions are ineligible because my insurance denied the 90 day supply I was receiving, then why is it I can switch to walgreens and my insurance says sure you can have 90 day prescriptions? This is a money thing not my insurance saying no!! I will be switching soon I hate it!

0 stars if it were an option!!! CVS Jamestown Rd, Wmsbg VA won’t fill prescriptions that are for controlled medication for quit some time now. They just leave it in out of stock status saying they are working on getting it in stock until you just have your doctor call it in to another pharmacy, whether it takes days or weeks. It can not be blamed on shortage because it’s different kinds of controlled medication.
