I booked online an appointment to get the latest Covid vaccine. When I arrived for my appointment the pharmacist said they haven't even received the vaccine yet! How is CVS allowing people to make vaccine appointments at stores that don't even have the vaccine??? Major screw-up CVS! I'll never shop at CVS again!

I have COVID and asthma. I called a tele health doctor to get albuterol solution for my nebulizer because my doctor is horrible at ordering meds. Thu morning I saw an inhaler and albuterol solution on CVS app. I called them and told them that I need the solution. I have inhalers and they are not helping. She said she would process them and sure enough it said they could be delivered. I only wanted the solution delivered. A few hours later I got a text about the inhaler. I called CVS back and she said that the solution was not approved by my insurance. I have NO prescription insurance. She put me on hold and then said they don’t have the standard dose in supply, and that I have to call my doctor back and gave him order the 1/2 strength. My doctor will not do this. So what am I supposed to do?

A routine prescription which is life and death vital to my health was not filled even though my cardiologist from Weill Cornell, in writing notified me of having filled the prescription.When I called the CVS pharmacy at 400 Grand Street, NYNY 10002, Marlene, the pharmacist lied and told me my cardiologist never got authorization from my insurance. In checking with my cardiologist, I was told he sent it to CVS. I found out from CVS that because there was a high co-pay, CVS made the decision to not fill it without notifying me or asking me if I wanted to pay the co-pay. This is unethical and malpractice as well as jeopardizing my health.

There’s always a line, there’s always an error, and refilling a prescription is an (unpaid) part-time job. Everyone who works there is miserable, and their top management is overpaid, overstuffed, and has nothing but hated and countrified their employees and customers.

BEWARE! They've now contracted some knockoff, no doubt cheaper for them, delivery app called Roadie to deliver your refills. When your refill doesn't arrive, but the delivery person lies or delivers it to god knows where, CVS will tell you to contact Roadie even though you've never even heard of Roadie and ordered your refill from the CVS site. I've got to find a new pharmacy. CVS truly sucks.

The Riverdale, Utah location isn't very busy. That's because they are a group that moves at tectonic speed. I would say glacial, but that's way to fast. Oakley provided the worst costumer service with an attitude that would stymie the most efficient store.

Absolutely horrible CVS at 2607 Carolina Beach road Wilmington NC 28412 talk down to you they don't answer the phone. The pharmacy employees are so rude disrespectful and have no customers service as far as I can tell. It's a shame.

Posting here since no response locally. Las Vegas pharmacist Kris Carvalho needs replaced (store 8807). My prescription was sent to pharmacy shortly after 12:30pm visit - confirmed with my doctor that they sent the prescription within 10 minutes of the end of my visit. When I arrived at 4:45pm - I was told by a technician - “that was just sent over, it’s not ready.” Excuse me?? Just sent over? I called my doctor office back and confirmed, no - it wasn’t sat on for 4hrs and then sent over - it was sent to CVS 8807 within 10 mins of 12:30pm. So Pharmacist Kris Carvalho trains his employees to lie to customers who need medicine and say the prescription just came through, rather than admit his leadership is incapable of turning prescriptions around in a timely manner. Then I leave, and come back 20 mins before closing… my prescription is still not ready. (They were going to let me just wait until tomorrow, with my medical issues and discomforts) So yeah - CVS 8807 is less concerned about our health and medicinal needs - and more concerned with managing the situation with KRIS still at the wheel and people not getting medicine in a timely manner.
