Of course, I was concerned about ordering custom curtains online that would be manufactured and shipped from China. But, isn’t everything already manufactured in China these days? I did have to wait a full month for their delivery. But, now I think it was worth it. They are beautifully constructed with nice fabric. The double pinch pleats even came with curtain hooks attached. They’re just what I envisioned at a price far below what our local custom drapery maker would have charged.

The form fields for billing address were not all visible on an iPad. Our workaround after many tries was to reduce screen size to make it work.

Knowing that I did not do the wrong size on ordering my curtain it was right size looks great on or off windows. Great design on pattern on curtains. great for what I was going for, Parshall covering...

Very impressed by the quality, craftmanship and turnaround time from this company. The fact that you can get this level of curtain at this price is unheard of - I had not come across them before but saw them in search results for affordably priced direct to consumer custom curtains. Given how unattractive the alternatives were from places like The Shade Store ($3k for standard linen curtains) I'm so glad we took the leap. The items also came in very thoughtful and nice packaging. We would order from them again without hesitation.

Curtarra curtains arrived a few weeks ago and they are beautiful. The fabric and lining are high quality, the wrinkles have disappeared and they look great in our master bedroom. Customer service was very responsive in helping me find a good color and style, This was an excellent value and I am a highly satisfied customer.

I bought several curtains for different size windows. The web site was very helpful in keeping it all straight. All the curtains arrived on time, each was the correct size, sheer and well made. I'm only disappointed that they're made in China. I make a concerted effort not to buy products from there and had I know where these originated, I wouldn't have bought these.

These curtains are so beautiful so well made so luxurious and rich exactly what I wanted. Curtara is an amazing company ! They even sent me two beautiful pillows as a gift! My mother had been complaining about getting new curtains for quite awhile but was struggling because could not find a brick and mortar store locally to make pinch-point(learned this term chatting with Josie) curtains for her. Mom doesn't like the phone because thinks no one understands her well with her accent and doesn't drive so it fell on me to help her out. I never purchased curtains in my life and my wife likes blinds so that's all I ever knew how to measure, order, purchase, & install. Found curtarra.com and gave it a shot. Josie, the customer support agent, offered help via an online chat and walked me through all the needed terms, measurements, explanations on measuring properly, picking of material, etc. all while patiently waiting for me to do all the measuring as we chatted online and confirmed everything was correct for a novice guy who still is pretty clueless when it comes to interior decorating. Josie was beyond patient and didn't try to force any kind of sale. She even offered to send swatches of the the two different materials that Mom couldn't decide on before I could even ask. Got the swatches within two days and Josie was spot on with her suggestion. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
