I must say the curtains were wonderful and the customer service was exceptional!! I will most definitely use this company again if I need beautiful draperies in the future.

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I was leery since the cost of the drapes were so reasonable. I ordered two sets of pleated black out drapes. They arrived on schedule and, other than I thought the color would be a little darker, they are outstanding. The pleat hooks had already been placed for me. Since I was so happy with the drapes, I ordered a french door, rod pocket panel in the same the color. Again, the price was great, and the panel arrived right on time, fitting perfectly. The customer service I received was outstanding. I had lots of questions when ordering both the drapes and then the french door panel. My emails were answered quickly, patiently and thoroughly! The only slightest complain I have, and believe me it's small, is that the drapes arrived folder rather than the pleats being tightly banded in order to create the visible creases. But, as soon as I hung them I creased the pleats with the drapes open and banded them with the provided tie backs. They look marvelous! I have eagerly given Cutarra 5 stars for all of the above reasons. Any drapes I ever need with be ordered from Curtarra!!

Curtains came very quick, and was what I ordered. The only issue was that they were 1 inch too short. I had ordered a rod pocket and they included that inch above where the rod goes, but it still works. I was hesitant because of potential scam, but they did come through, and I am satisfied

Horrible quality!! I tried to call their customer service number and the number is not even from the US.
