HELP!! Our drapery rods came with no connecting piece. Did you send the wrong ones?

Easy, pleasant, and a very professional transaction: I have ordered custom sheer curtains for my mom's large outdoor patio (grommets on top and bottom, very hard to find but so practical in windy climates); I received immediate confirmation emails (order and shipping notifications), the representative was quick answer my question about shipping time estimate, and I have received exactly what I ordered very quickly. The quality of my curtains is great. Price can't be beat. I am very happy with my experience and will use this company in the future for sure.

i bought these curtains some time ago towards the beginning of the year and hadnt gotten to putting them up until this past week and though my measurements were precise i decided to get the same ones again so i could open them down the middle rather than from one side to another . all n all, i loved them they block out all light and are made beautifully . i love sleeping . and personally it staying dark in my room was always my dream .

We are really pleased with our purchase. I was a little nervous about buying curtains/drapes on-line, without ordering a fabric sample, but, we needed it ASAP. The quality of the fabric was as nice or nicer than decorator fabric I looked at and at a far better price. The room darkening liner was also top quality. The sheers are also nice, but I think if I’d had the chance to wash them, they would hang better - I will do that eventually. The curtain/drape is Serena Beige, with a room darkening liner, and the sheers were Lilith White, both with 2” grommets. The directions on how to measure and order were great. You really do need to add twice the fabric so that they drape/fold and hang nicely. They came very quickly considering, the size of what we ordered, and they were perfect. The workmanship is beautiful. The only advice I would offer is that if your window treatments are heavy, ours are very heavy, look for a company that makes truly heavy duty wall brackets. Regular brackets are fine for lighter weight window treatments. Another thing is to remember if you order curtains with grommets is that they slide so you cannot put brackets anywhere except the center and ends of the curtain rods. Until our heavy duty brackets arrive we doubled up in the center bracket and it works well.

Curturra was a great value and the curtains are beautiful. The customer service agent helped me measure and design my extra long curtains so that I could stack them away from my beautiful new windows and leave my view unobscured. So glad that I invested in lining them. All questions were answered before, during and after delivery.

Curtarra has been the best and easiest company to work with. Even though I had to make changes to my order, and it was my fault, they took care of it and my order was shipped as promised, on time and the curtains were beautiful. Great quality and workmanship. So happy to have found this company, would not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you

Curtain rod replacement 2/24/2023 placed an order curtain and rod to try out the custom window dressing 3/13/2023 received curtain from China via DHL 3/14/2023 received curtain rod from UPS 3/16/2023 installed new curtain and rod very happy with result 3/18/2023 placed three orders to dress out two more rooms 3/23/2023 received two curtain rod one came with defect 3/23/2023 asked for defected rod replacement, customer service Bella said "This rod may have some minor problems during transportation, and the parts inside have fallen to one side, you could try to push it in slightly." 3/23/2023 I have asked to send me a rod replacement never heard back 3/23/2023 I asked for rod first. Curtains are being custom made. I will give feedback when receive. Customer service is lacking. I asked is to replace a curtain rod that is damaged. 3/24/2023 The rod situation is resolved. Jack took ownership to resend me a new rod via UPS. Thank you Jack! Much appreciated the quick responses. Jack does not want the broken rod return. 3/28/2023 New rod received via UPS. Now I am waiting for the curtains to arrive hope to receive first week of April. 4/4/2023 Curtains arrived on schedule as promised. Exquisite sophisticated craftsmanship, very happy. Thank you!
