Be certain about your order. Right size and make sure you're receiving a set of curtains not just one curtain as I did. Expensive as curtains go and if you need to do a return, they will just tell you to donate the curtain, give them a receipt and they will give you 60% of your $$ back. I decided to just order another curtain which they did give me a discount on and they do look great. Doubt I will do business with this company again however.

I still haven't received my order. So I can't review it. Ordered 2/7/26 Delivered 3/26/26, did not match website shipping time frames. Updated rating: curtains finally arrived. Fabric is nice, well packaged. I would not recommend the curtain rods hower. Quality is not there for the price ($300/rod), could have purchased them locally for much less. Also the wall hardware (screws/anchors) were not at all what is needed for drywall, it required a trip to the store. Overall if needing special sizing they are suitable but fabric only, would not recommend hardware. Be patient with shipping as well.

Ordered custom curtains in Lilith Beige. I like the material. Workmanship is good, although one of the hem weights has already fallen out. I am very disappointed in the color. These are definitely Gold, NOT Beige. Curtarra issued a partial refund, but I am still unhappy.

Great website to order etc ….however my order is sitting waiting for custom clearance for over a week ..not sure when I will get them but based on my experience you should plan on delivery of at least 4 weeks

I was disappointed with the THIRD set of curtains I bought because I had ordered the first two sets only three months earlier, and they were alreay OUT of that fabric color/material and I bought a third pair which I HOPED would pretty much match the "white" I had on the two prior pairs, but the fabric and the color were not as I had hoped. The "white" for this third pair is/was OBVIOUSLY not matching the first two pairs' white and the fabric was not as nice. Nonetheless, I had to hang them in the same room and hope that people don't notice the "different" whites in the coloring.
