6 Stars!
Fantastic!! I have very high standards and could not be more delighted to post this review. I purchased the Gary Linen Look 100% Blackout Roman Shades with motorized control, blackout lining with interior mount for our nursery and they look and function fabulously! They look and feel like designer shades, but at half the cost! We have received so many compliments on them. The customer support team was extremely responsive and helpful. They helped confirm measurements, installation requirements, provided updates on tracking information, and shared installation videos. For customer service by email, there was one dedicated contact person, which I really appreciated because he had the entire history of our conversation. We love these shades so much that we just purchased the same shades for our primary bedroom to replace designer floor-to-ceiling drapes we purchased ~5 years ago that are starting to show their age and aren't as easy to use due to the cord operation (vs the motorized option we now have with our Curtarra shades for the nursery). We can't wait for our Curtarra shades to arrive for our bedroom!
