Quality of curtains are outstanding!
Quality of curtains are outstanding! First of all, I would recommend ordering sample swatches so you can see the colors in your room and with your different lighting. This gave me peace of mind when placing such a large order. We needed lined curtains for our sliding doors to keep out the morning heat, and these curtains far exceeded our expectations. The swatch helped us pick the perfect color, and the thermal lining is very good quality. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

Dear Bernie, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback on CURTARRA. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our website ordering process "Great", but we sincerely apologize for the significant frustration and inconvenience caused by the prolonged customs clearance delay. We understand that while international customs processes can sometimes cause unavoidable holdups beyond our direct control, this does not change the negative impact on your shopping experience. Urgent Inquiry: We have already initiated an urgent inquiry with our shipping carrier and customs broker to get the precise status of your order and its expected release time. Dedicated Follow-Up: We will notify you personally and immediately via email or private message as soon as we receive a concrete update, hopefully within the next 24 hours. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your honest review helps us improve our global service. We value your support and trust. Your satisfaction is our driving force. We will continue to work hard, and Curtarra will always provide you with quality products and perfect customer service. Quality makes the product beautiful
The order and delivery was about 2 weeks. At first I thought it was a longer than expected time but with triple pleats and the lining I can understand the time needed. The pleating and material is wonderful. I tell everyone how I appreciate the great job they did. Oh and the fabric is so nice and great quality..My room is so pretty now. I plan on doing two other rooms and know I will order with confidence. Lastly don't forget the great option to order the correct rods. That was a great addition and shouldn't be missed to make the curtains hang just right.
