Service follow up outstanding
They are well made and can feel the difference. I was adding and changings things so what I wanted got edited. Follow up to fix issue was good was a few emails back and forth. I like how you can opt for cotton.

Less than satisfied
The curtains took like three weeks to get here which is OK. But after hanging them, the curtain belt that came with both curtains for the French doors were in no way long enough to belt the curtains in the middle and so the curtains just hang without any shape. They do the job, but they are not spectacular in the least I would go with a different company. They also took days to call me back after sending them multiple emails and it came out of Australia.
Response from CurtarraDec 29, 2025
Dear Scott, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are pleased to know that the curtains arrived within a reasonable timeframe, but we understand your dissatisfaction with the length of the curtain straps and the delay in our email response. Curtain belts for the French door are generally shorter to allow the curtains to gather in the middle. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please feel free to let us know. Thank you for your honesty; we hope to provide you with a better service experience in the future. Best Regards Curtarra Team

I am blown away by the customer service at Curtarra. I made an order ON Thanksgiving day, needed to make a change to the order 10 mins later, so I wrote in and left them a message. They called me back within 15 mins ON Thanksgiving Day! I was shocked. The representative amended my order and waved the small difference in my order. I checked on my order a week later and again, the representative got right back to me. Two weeks later I got my order and they are PERFECT! I can't wait to dress my other windows with them! I would highly recommend Curtarra!
