My experience was wonderful dealing with Curtarra. I’m a repeat customer because both times the quality of the fabric and the workmen ship was great. And the added touch the pins to hang the drapes was already in place the first time. But the plastic drapes pins was even better because they prevented me from snapping my drapes The young lady that assisted me was very patient with me. I’m not a cp person so talking with a real person and not a machine made me comfortable placing my order. In fact Ashley was her name and her promise that I would receive them before the holiday was great. And there was very little wrinkles so I didn’t have to steam them before hanging. A satisfied customer is my title. I placed 2 orders in 2025

Curtains are total crap. I spent over $3,200 for a double curtain rod and curtains. The rod doesn't hold the weight of the curtains and created holes in the wall of my brand new house. I even used their "service" with a designer to make sure the configuration would work. When I complained about the damage done to my home their solution was to send more brackets to hold the bar which still didn't work. I complained and they said the solution was to send more brackets. Then they said they sent them but used the old tracking to say they were delivered. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company. Only because i filed a complaint with the credit card company did they send the brackets. Of course the brackets didn't work just like before causing even more damage. I then filed a complaint again with my credit card and they ignored American Express for months and at the last minute answered my complaint. So now I'm out $3,200 for curtains that can't hang and have thousands of dollars worth of drywall damage in my brand new home. This company is absolute trash and will steal your hard earned money. Please heed my warning and find another company so you're not out thousands.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your feedback. We are deeply sorry for the frustration during the setup of your whole-house window solution. Because you chose our premium, heavy-weight fabrics on a double-rod system, the installation requires specific reinforcement when mounting on drywall rather than solid wood or studs. Our records show that after our designer and support team intervened, we provided the necessary heavy-duty anchors that successfully secured the rods. Regarding the payment dispute, we have been working transparently with the bank to show that the installation issue was addressed with professional-grade hardware. We never want a customer to feel their money isn't valued. We are committed to your total satisfaction. If there are still concerns regarding the final look or the wall repairs, please contact us at [email protected] directly so we can conclude this matter fairly for you. Sincerely, The Curtarra Support Team

Very disappointing experience. I ordered sheer curtains for two rooms (96” width (48x2) x 76” length and 70” width x 76” length). The quality is extremely poor and the curtains arrived completely flat with zero drape. They refuse returns and claim I should have selected 3x fullness, yet this requirement is not clearly shown on the order or edit page—it’s hidden in less obvious sections. I followed the visible measurements during checkout. I paid $213 for a product that feels cheap and looks worse than budget curtains from IKEA. To get acceptable fullness, they expect customers to spend over $500, which is unreasonable for this quality. Misleading instructions and questionable reviews. I do not recommend this company.
Response from CurtarraJan 26, 2026
Dear Kayla, We sincerely apologize that the final look of your curtains did not meet your expectations. It appears there was a mismatch between the fullness ratio selected and the draped effect you envisioned, which is especially critical for lightweight fabrics. We take your feedback regarding our interface seriously and are already working to make our fullness recommendations more prominent to prevent this for future guests. To help you achieve the perfect look, we offer a 50% 'Resolution Credit' for correction orders. For instance, if your initial order was $200 and the upgraded version with correct fullness is $400, our 50% discount ensures you only pay the difference to get the curtains you truly wanted. Our goal is to ensure you don't feel you've spent extra to get the right result. Please contact our dedicated support team, and we will personally assist you with this special adjustment. Warmly, The Curtarra Team

I have had the most amazing experience working with everyone at Curtarra. I provided exact measurements for my 2 doorways and they provided expert suggestion and guidance. They also helped me create custom curtains for my needs, including custom color, trim, decoration, fabric weight, and the fact I needed it fire-retardant. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Curtarra team.
