Great quality curtains
Great quality curtains. The color is vibrant, and they help keep my home warm, especially during the recent ice storm.

Great product and customer service
The measuring guides on the website made the process easy. Samples were large enough to evaluate color. Directions were clear for installation. Our order was missing the Bob wands. While it took several emails and extra time to receive them, George was extremely responsive and always communicating with me about the status. You can tell he is very committed to customer service. We are very happy with our purchase.

Dear Laura, Thank you so much for choosing Curtarra and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear that you found our measuring guides and installation directions helpful—making "Custom Made Easy" is at the heart of what we do. I’m also glad the larger fabric samples assisted you in selecting the perfect color for your home; we know how vital that tactile experience is when choosing artisan-quality window treatments. Regarding the missing Bob wands, please accept my sincerest apologies for the oversight and the extra time it took to resolve. While we strive for perfection in every order, I am so pleased to hear that George was able to provide the responsive, committed service we pride ourselves on. I will be sure to share your kind words with him—he will be delighted to know he helped make your experience a positive one. Welcome to the Curtarra family! We would absolutely love to see how the new curtains have transformed your space. If you’re open to it, please feel free to share a photo with us. George from the Support Team is the best If you have questions about measurements, reach out to the Curtarra Team for help. I measured and calculated the project myself and in my original order, the curtains were way too wide and the curtain rods were too short. Then I reached out to the Curtarra Team and George helped me with the measurements and design for the curtains and curtain rods. Now my living room looks beautiful and luxe, better than I expected! I'm very happy with my curtains.
