Store 6339 - Shreveport, Louisiana - Great to deal with. I have dealt with this company for many years. they are wonderful ! I have suggested them to my friends & will in the future too. If I needed a storage unit, this is the place I would go to !! Great people to work with.

We have been a customer for 15 years parking our business truck here in Boynton Beach Fl. Alex the manager has been amazing. Helpful with any thing that comes up, the best customer service we have experienced in all these years here.He nevers says cannot do.

Very poor customer service! Unprofessional general manager! One of the worst experiences a person can never hope for!

Wakefield, RI 02879 Manager, Margaret Parks Outstanding facility and service. I work with Margaret long distance from Florida to manage my mother's account. When it came time to go to her storage unit, Margaret guided me through the entire process incl. what we needed to do in case my mother did not have the key to her unit. To complicate matters, my mother has dementia and is now 84 so Margaret had to assist me with submitting my POA to corporate and gave me tips on what to do with all of my mother's stored items (i.e. Where I could go locally for help, to consign, donate, etc.) Margaret has always been polite, considerate and extremely kind to my mother when I bring her. She has had to work with all kinds of situations and is very much a 'people person.' Bravo to Margaret and her team for running a clean, neat facility that is responsive to the renter's needs/circumstances. 7/2018

Moving can be a stressful time and friendly knowledgeable service is always valued greatly. Mr James Adams at the Willow Street, in Lafayette, Louisiana location performance beyond expectations. Thank you!

They had issues with my initial request but quickly worked to fix the issue.

I have 2 storage sheds at the Siegen LANE Cube Smart in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. One I have had for about four years. The other one I got last week. I am a Katrina Survivor from New Orleans East. I live in Baton Rouge, La. The Manager.at Cube Smart , Mrs. Charlene Purvis, has been very helpful to me and my family. She has given us great advice. She deserves the Manager of the Year Award as far as we are concerned. She aims to please you and gives you what you what you need. Thank You Mrs. Purvis and Thank You Cube Smart. Sincerely, Zoe Lynne Wilson

I came in last minute wanting a little information on a unit where i was greeted so warmly by Mrs Pat! It was 20 minutes before closing and she made me feel welcomed and not rushed at all! She was very pleasant and professional. I told her I would come the next day because it was almost closing time, but she was more than happy to assist right then and meet my needs. She showed 2 rooms and made sure it was what i needed and got me set up. I was so hesitant about taking more time, but she assured me she was more than happy to it right then. She got all of my information in the system, my account set up, and made sure my code worked before I left. She got everything completed very quickly! If i ever need a storage unit again, this will be the ONLY place I will go to. Their prices are the best I found (i searched several) and the customer service was phenomenal! If you are in need, please don't go anywhere else, you will not be disappointed at all with Cubesmart Storage!
