Customer service was ok but they are over priced and when moving out of the unit make sure you move out at the end of the month that you paid for because they will charge you for the entire month even if you only use a couple days even after almost 2 years of storing with them in their over priced units.

I really enjoyed the customer service that was giving to me by ms kimberly Thompson at the location 5505 maple ave her bright smile and interaction with me was Great and very professional i got the storage i wanted and she took time with me. explained things very clearly. i'm very happy with cubesmart. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! The customer service was outstanding in the beginning because they wanted money, but the company itself over charged me and would not work with me on late payments. I have three children, was going through a messy divorce, and had to move back to Arkansas with my mom for financial help. I paid over $100 I'm the beginning after they said the first month would be free. Then I paid over $300 over the next few months for storage fees and late fees only for Matt (At the EastChase property in fort worth Tx) to tell me that I couldn't make partial payments after I had gotten behind. I called every week to explain my situation hoping that he would work with me after he lied and said he would. First, he told me my property would be auctioned off on June 8th. I called on June 8th to make a payment, but he said they had already auctioned off all of my belongings on June 7th. So now, I'm currently paying a note on furniture that I do not have and hoping that a nearby salvation army possess clothing for me and my three children. This was the worst experience ever, and I will not recommend this storage company to NOBODY!!

This is my second time using them and will be the last. I got behind a half a month and no one could take my payment for the balance of the half of the month. I expected the manger to call me back to take the payment or the gentlemen whom I spoke to and heard nothing. The following month I could not make next payment on time and tried to get caught up and they WOULD NOT take it. ITS ALL OR NOTHING.. I think that this is the wrong approach and they should work with you if you make effort to call and pay. It seems like they want you to lose your unit so they can sale it. I looked on line and they have plenty of empty units available. So if you are struggling I suggest going else where.
