CubeSmart Self StorageReviews of cubesmart.com

I attended the Cubesmart in Chamblee-Tucker (GA) and was assisted by Jessica Smith. She has a very friendly demeanor and provided great customer service. She informed me on everything that I needed to know for my rental space and was very organized. I really appreciate her for being a kind and diligent worker.

I have a unit in the WDC Taylor St location. Since renting my unit I have received the very best that customer service has to offer. Not only professionalism from the the General Mgr Roberto Waithe, but genuine connection with his renters. He is always helpful, happy, extending, and approachable. If there is a problem, he has the solution or he will find it and get back to you asap! He advises his renters with best options for them. I have also dealt with his site Mgr. Madina Coulibaly, who is also professional and helpful! Thank you to you both! DT

Used a local storage company, they apparently sold to CubeSmart. This unit was in Meriden Ct. I was on autopay but CubeSmart couldn’t seem to get that set up. I ended up behind. They added so many fees. I called asked them to please give me one more week to pay. The women said that was fine and no problem. Yeah they sold everything I own during that week!! If you need storage unit run from them don’t every give them anything unless you want to lose everything and be lied to daily!!

I recently stoped into CubeSmart located at 12750 Trade Center Drive in Bonita Springs FL 34135 to get a climate controlled inside unit. Each of the staff members present were very professional and treated me exceptionally. While I was working with Terrance Jess Lord to locate the best unit and the best location to suit my needs, my IPhone needed to be recharged. Another member of your staff went out to his car and brought me in his personal charger. Terrance spent a lot of time with me and went out of his way to help me find the correct size unit with the best location. I was extremely pleased with the lightings and cleanliness of the entire storage facility! Kudos to the entire staff at this facility. They were all very nice!! Gary Schaeffer
