Great service, clean facility I used this place before it was sold to its current company. My only complaint you are now required to purchase 2,000 insurance at 12.00 a month. Before it was only an option. I have no receipts and proof of the contents. I should be able to decline and take any loss.

Dear CubeSmart I would to thank JASON MORALES AT THE MONROE LOCATION HE IS AN EXCELLENT YOUNG MAN TO WORK WITH EXTEMELY PROFESSIONAL & POLITE HE'S CARING HE'S VERY DETAIL HE MAKE US FEEL THAT WE CAN TRUST HIM. WE LOVE WORKING WITH JASON AND RENTED OUR UNIT. JASON IS THE BEST AGENT WE WORK WITH IN A STORAGE PLACE. HE IS A BEAUTIFUL YOUNG MAN AND EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD US THAT HE'S ONLY BEEN WORKING THERE HE IS OVER QUALIFY HE SHOULD BE A MANAGER OR THE ASSISTANT TO THE CUBESMART ASSISTANT TO THE CEO OF CUBESMART. WE DECIDED ON RENTING THE UNIT BECAUSE HOW GREAT JASON'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE HIS GREAT WORK, HE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCE. HE IS ONLY 24 YRS OLD JASON MORALES HAS A GREAT FUTURE WAITING FOR HIM. I SEE HIM AS A CEO OF HIS OWN COMPANY. JASON MORALES GOD BLESS YOU & CONTINUE MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY. YOU ARE THE BEST TAKE CARE. Great place!! Very friendly!!

Treated me as if they didnt like my service there. Were watching me on the cameras and came to my unit after being there 20 min and opened my unit while i was there.....beubg nosey. Called the police on me because i dozed off sitting in my unit scratching a lottery ticket exhausted after working all day. Very rude to me. Also refusee to let me back on the property to get my things put of the unit. So i had to get someone else to get my things out for me. I paid every month and dont understand how you run a business that way.

I opened my account in May and I have to say that my experience was wonderful. Tracie is the manager at the Wallace Drive location. She was very informative and very pleasant. Jonathan was very helpful in explaining the facility to me. I give Tracie and company 5 Stars. Cleve

This place build you up tear up apart well at least try the management is favoritism to the FS's the GM I was working with was extremely rude and sexist and no sympathy at all they had to figure out a way to get rid of me after he threw a customer personal item in out dumpster kept what he want free stay in the cube to smoke drink alcohol at his pleasure.

A few days ago this was storage choice and I had 24 hour access I just spent the last hour and a half loading my car up and I get here and it's now CubeSmart which ain't so smart because now I have one light at all my stuff and I can't put away. I am super duper unhappy with CubeSmart

A Family Atmosphere!!!!! Ann and her staff has always been very helpful in meeting my needs. I have been at the Lake Worth facility for close to 10 years. I would not go anywhere else because of the helpfulness that has been given to me over the years by her and her staff!!!! Ann and staff keep up the good work!!!! Manny
