CubeSmart Self StorageReviews of cubesmart.com

these people announce different price and availability. when you arrive there you realize that the unit you want is not available and they make you get bigger unit with higher price and when you sign documents you see several hidden fees. They don't remind you for payment and charge you huge late fee, which is part of their business. they do anything to take your money.

I called before arriving to make sure they had availability, very friendly over the phone answered all my questions and actually gave me info that I didn't even think to ask that helped out a lot. Ms. Beth met us ( 1 pick up truck & trailer, suv & trailer and a 27 footer u haul ) outside and immediately greeted us. Invited us in to show us a storage unit to make sure it was a proper size that we were looking for.. Very clean and well lit area in the storage units. Ms. Beth offered us all a bottle of water and a seat to cool off. If you are needing a storage unit I highly recommend Cubesmart on hwy 52 in Moncks Corner SC. Ask for Ms. Beth she will make you feel very comfortable and actually help relieve a little stress over leaving your belongs. Will now be my go to place for all my storage needs. ✌

Cubesmart at 465 west 150 street, new York. This location is new very clean and climate control. The manager Delilah Escobar was professional and very helpful. There has been several times I had one minute to go into my storage, Ms. Escobar waited patiently for me. If there was 10 STARS she would get them from me. Thank you Ms. Escobar for your services.

Went to cubesmart storage off of University Parkway and was greeted by Manager Maria Olivarez, her presence was totally professional. She was totally prepare for me and did not know that I was coming in there. She had made the experience of renting a storage a breeze. I was in and out of there within 20-25mins. and was satisfy with the whole transaction. Everything was explain accordingly.

A clean air conditioned unit and friendly Staff do not matter if the elevators are chronically broken. Over the past 4 months, at LEAST 1 of the 2 elevators at the Nuckols Road (Richmond VA) location have been out of service every time I was there. Today, like a couple weeks ago, BOTH elevators were broken. Signs were on both elevators, so Management knew both elevators were out of order when they left for the day. How am I supposed to get my belongings out of storage to be transported to my college student’s Apartment? Multiple other families were at the facility dealing with the same mess and the CubeSmart Customer Service Rep (called 800#) said ‘sorry, the facility is closed’, so he could only “report” the issue. AVOID CUBESMART

Very friendly and will do anything to help you. I check other storages and no one was more helpful and honest in the representation then this one Other come with adding fee and selling you the lock mandatory. Always somebody there during the hours. Highly recommend.

What the heck is going on? I rented out a unit in March of 2019 and lo and behold, my rate for September is going up 17%. What the heck!! 17% in one month? This is total BS.. And to boot, the price could go up more than once a year...…..

The worst experience ever! They will lock you out and steal your stuff if you are late on Aero Dr Cubesmart. They don't return messages either I have emailed them numerous times but no response, stay clear of this scandalous company!!!
