if it wasn't Wendy Kaplan at 0508 i would be gone they raise the rates so fast . i have been with they for 20 yrs. they seen to only care about how much they can get from their customers . only wendy show any customer relations at all

Store 5087 Ms. Elaine Sargeant greeted us with a warm smile and proceeded to ask us would we like coffee or water? With good eye contact, shuck each of our hands and introduced herself and proceeded to listen. An excellent demonstration of professionalism.

CubeSmart Staff was outstanding

Narissa at the Jamaica Queens location was very professional. She took her time and educated me on everything I needed to know. I wish more employees were like her. If she keeps this up she will be getting a raise soon. CubeSmart is a clean place to keep my storage and at a great price.

I am a current customer, paid up until Dec/09/ 19. However super angry about a situation that did not have to happen with manager in Englewood CO, I am an Uber driver, I dropped off a ride next door to my storage facility, thinking to use the Cubesmart restroom, as well as grab an item out off my paid for unit. Now they were open, so I go into the office show my ID, and give the manager Carmen Martinez my unit number, and explain I just needed to use restroom, and grab an item out of my unit. She tells me I have to go around and use my access code, okay fine, but not really, I go all the way around get into the building, restrooms locked, then have to walk back to the office get key to restroom. Of course I am super angry! here is my facility, in which I have a vested interest in. After showing my ID, what was so difficult in saying hi ms Gamble, sure I understand here's the key to the restroom, please bring the key back. So naturally my thought is so this is your customer service, thanks Cubesmart, but no thanks. Truly petty for all the the wrong reasons. And she proudly announced this was in the policy, I need to read my contract. Well that petty discourteous management is how you lose customers. Retaining paying customers, is real customer service.

I moved in 3 months ago and the rent went up $50 a month! Moving out ASAP. I asked if the rates would stay the same for at least a year and was told, "YES". I could even understand $5 or $10 at the most but $50. And the locks...you have to buy their locks and when you lease they DO NOT buy them back . You can only use them on their units!!!! A big rip off. Save yourself the headache and store your stuff somewhere else!!!
